You don't need «Technology» for this stuff if your «Psi» was not disrupted.
What disrupts Psi? Religious-Intolerance, Fluoride, Pineal-Calcification, Stressors, etc.; I may as well also go as far as to say that watching the «news» (e.g.: MSM) all the time also «suppresses» it.
