We undertand now that there are energetics used to contain ISBEs and to suppress our abilities. We also know that it's not 100% effective, and in theory it can be disrupted with the correct approach. This is not just to be disruptive, but to help enhance our own abilities.

We may not have the tech to obliterate the suppression grid—but we can destabilize it.

Symbolically-configured energy structures (e.g., orgone)
We may be able to cause local distortion, energetic clarity, or even signal bleed-through that punches a temporary hole in the interference mesh.
This is not about "raising your vibration." This is about intentional energetic sabotage, with the potential to help us move forward in other ways.
🛸 Vivanco’s Anecdote (Confirmed)
John Vivanco, a veteran remote viewer, described an experience in which:
He was producing a large quantity of orgone devices in his garage
No ritual, no intention—just production. Within days, a helicopter flew low over his house. The implication? Something noticed the breach.
It scared him sufficiently that he stopped.

🧬 The Hypothesis
Combining structured sound frequencies with orgone field arrays and other technologies and approaches may trigger:
Local grid destabilization
Scalar interference disruption
Amplified intention clarity (manifestation, remote viewing, memory breach)
Not because orgone is magic. But because structure + spin + intention + resonance is a forgotten tech model that the ancients encoded into sacred architecture—and that was later suppressed.
This may also assist us in directing our ISBE energy to become healthy, remember, to manifest and interact in ways we've otherwise been suppressed.

It may be possible to run specific sound frequencies near our bodies while we sleep, study or otherwise that may be protective, enhancing, etc. Something that may interfere with any energetics being directed at us to create harm, obfuscation, etc.

I was contacted by John Vivanco (thanks to him!) about his work on this and here is a summary of what he did. This is simple, we can all do this in great numbers.
🧠Summary of John Vivanco’s Orgone Field Experience
He used regular-size muffin pans to mold resin pucks.
Each unit was layered with:
Shredded foil at the bottom
Paper in the middle
Copper wool (like shredded Brillo pads) at the top
A quartz crystal embedded in the center (obscured post-cure)
The process was unsophisticated—no measured layers, no symbolic geometry, no conscious field arrangement. Just intuitive stacking and casting.
He estimated making around 100 pucks total.
About 20 were distributed around his property (e.g., near fruit trees).
The rest were stored in a jumbled pile in his garage.
Within a day or two of completing this batch, a low-flying helicopter—possibly military—flew directly over his property. He interpreted this as a potential surveillance response and chose not to repeat the experiment afterward.
He described feeling a noticeable energetic effect in his body during and after production—like a kind of static field presence.
I would like to note that there are different opinions about this orgonite stuff with the epoxy resin. I did many of these experiments by myself and did study the books of Wilhelm Reich, James DeMeo and others, also a lot about similar topics like dowsing, scalar technology and so on. From this literature I would like to mention a few points:
1. No Aluminium -Reich and others pointed out to do not use any of this metal for orgonomy it showed negative effects.
2. Strong does not automatically mean good. Reich and others mentioned many times that when using these techniques one must start slowly and softly -not forcefully with full power. Strong can have negative effects if applied suddenly.
3. The direction of the radiation: The positive radiation (Orgone, Stellar Radiation, fast Scalar Waves) comes also from the stars, the sun, etc. That is the natural direction of the flow: from above into the ground. The opposite direction is the "earth radiation" (negative, DOR, slower scalar waves). Sleeping with a strongly positive radiator at the footend of the bed may cause problems (even up to heart rhythm problems source: W. Kullmann).
4. Orgone devices should be constructed in a way that they may be disassembled when not in use. Permanent strong positive radiation can cause problems (e.g. for sensitive humans, if placed in nature or near nuclear objects; oranur-effect, weather stagnation, ...)
5. The cheapest and most simple method to build an orgone device is to use alternating layers of steel wool and kitchen foil (or better: sheep wool or cotton, e.g. wadding) The more layers the stronger it will be. Layers can be thin. The most inner layer shall be metal and the most outer layer isolator. You can build an energy pointer by wrapping many of these double-layers (metal & isolator) around a rod or stick which you pull out after wrapping and fixing the layers. 20 double-layers is very strong and should be handled with care. This pointer can be used for acupuncture on tonization points (only on these!)
6. You may include information into the radiator to make "informated water". Like homeopathic information, gemstones, gold, or certain plants, you may even use symbols for this purpose. An old coffee tin with the layers wrapped around it, can be used to hold a glas bottle to energize and/or "inform" water (the water will be stronger and stronger over time if you leave a small rest and fill it up again).
I personally would not want this "epoxy information" radiating around where I live, but would prefer natural substances like bees wax, gypsum, wood dust or other, less chemical materials as the isolator component. The electroculture guys also use no neodymium magnets but ferrite magnets as neodymium has been shown to be not so good for the plants.
A pentagonal dodecahedron shape shall be very effective, it came up in a RV by Yeme about Haarp and had also Tesla tech included. The desert greening guys use that to amplify their "sphere harmonic" device. They use also Kozyreff and a shri yantra quartz crystal, but it is also more like the cloudbuster (it has also pipes going into the water). So it is drawing negative and spreading positive...
What about spooky 2 remote scalar wave via plasma tubes pulsing 538hz and 7.83,Hz directed at nodes in Ley lines. Also using as recommended shungite Organite quartz in flower of life pattern buried at Ley lines
