Once one adheres to such «black-and-white» thinking with no ability to perceive «gradient» alternatives and starts taking a «rigid» approach to interactions, not only does it lower one's E-Q, a far more important skill & ability & trait to possess than I-Q for business-success (and social-success), but, also limits one's ability to be flexible enough to be able to solve or resolve complex-problems that require flexibility.
