So many people fall for a narrative that goes like this:
You need to raise your frequency to become enlightened, or a better person, or whatever.
This is a divide and conquer technique implemented by evil. If people believe this nonsense, it leads to a class based society where some see themselves as of "higher frequency" – which can be considered an "elite" – and others are seen as of "lower frequency" and therefore a lower class of people, so to speak.
It's the same nonsense with the NPCs, where they tell you that some people are not real people.
The goal is always to create an artificial division between people that has no bearing on reality.
The truth is:
You don't consist of only one frequency. You are a composition instead. Think of it like music. Different frequencies make different tones, and all of them are important to make you complete.

Those are different frequencies playing together such that music is created.
No frequency in itself is better or worse than the other.
A vibrational frequency (for humans) is the oscillation of the waves in your electromagnetic field. It's not easy to measure, but it is connected with your heart-brain coherence. If you are in a peaceful state of mind with joy, you will have a higher "frequency" than when you're in a crap mood. I hate the word frequency honestly but I've used it before. What you want to raise is your density. Your vibration plays a part in this which is why I mentioned it in a previous post. You must attain a blissful state of mind and pretty much cry tears of ecstacy in absolute blissed out mode to reach the highest vibration your body will handle before evaporating. In this state you have reached "Nirvana". Anything higher than this will pass the speed of light with your oscillations and you will go to the next "density". A density is an octave of existence in the electromagnetic spectrum that we cannot perceive with our senses. The edge of this 3d universe is NOT a place or location, it's the speed of light. Break the speed of light and you will get to experience a whole new world.
I disagree with how you are framing frequency. When you raise your frequency you are absolutely more enlightened and more peaceful. People with higher frequencies usually have much more control, understanding and wisdom and have more joy in their life.
