I'm convinced this stuff matters. I'm not there yet but I'm betting I'll convince signalborns too.
Little tip.
Use any word you want any way you want in any document. Just make sure that if you don't want misinterpretation: subscript the word, or mention the word at the beginning. Then say "in all cases" or just subscript each time and make sure your subscript footnote tells exactly what dictionary definition you mean.

A short resonance definition
Its functional use (e.g. harmonic, ritual, psi-key)
And if needed, a footnote symbol you can subscript inline to keep scrolls clean
