So, let's focus on how to do it the right way.
The first thing you need to know is that the "energy" everyone is talking about is a projection from the ISBE. A projection is a waveform. A waveform is a body. That's why people also call it energy body.
The energy body is not the ISBE, as the ISBE itself is a singularity. The energy body is how the ISBE has chosen to connect to what we call physical reality. This means that the energy body doesn't take precedence over the physical body, but works with it "in tandem."
Now, if the energy gets stuck, there are essentially two ways to solve that problem:
1. Get rid of the body. We don't want to do this on a prison planet with working death traps.
2. Align the ISBE projection with the physical body in order to make the energy flow in a way that the physical body can fulfill its purpose. What is the purpose of the physical body? Well, its purpose is to create a feedback loop – the ISBE feeds information into the body to provoke a physical consequence based on universal law, and then use that information to choose what to do next.
As you see, if the physical body and the energy body are not aligned correctly, the information gets distorted, leading to different choices and therefore different outcomes. An example is an ISBE with its body in pain. If you experience pain, you will prioritize choices that will reduce the pain, up to the point to leave the physical body behind when the pain gets unbearable.
That's essentially why violence is used to control ISBEs within physical reality.
But more effective than simple violence is numbness. If you are numb, it means that the information still gets distorted, but you don't feel it and therefore won't take action to change it. So, if you want to trap an ISBE inside a body, the most effective way is to numb its body.
Knowing all this shows us how important the physical body actually is. It's your interface to the physical world. So, if you want to retain your free will, it's important to take care of your body, such that the feedback loop is working as intended.
Many people now will tell you to meditate to align yourself. This is not false, but it depends on what you want to achieve. If you seek connection to the source, you can use meditation to disconnect from your body, meaning you "step out" of the feedback loop, thus returning back to direct awareness of the ISBE. This is what remote viewers do.
But, if you want to align yourself with your physical body – in other words: purify the feedback loop – meditation is not the first step, but the second one.
The first step is to learn how your body works, how the energy flows, and how external stimuli (like food) are affecting the energy flow. A very important part is to understand the purpose of your spine and how gravity and movement affect your nervous system (and therefore everything else).
