I wanted to share a reflection that has deepened over time, not only through remote viewing and spiritual insight, but through my own life, recovery, and memory work.
We often talk about soul traps in terms of large-scale manipulation after death, involving false light, guilt contracts, or frequency capture. But I’ve come to see that the very same frequencies — shame, fear, and guilt — are used every day to trap us while we’re still alive.
It’s not always dramatic. Sometimes it’s the small, quiet voice inside that says:
“You don’t deserve rest.”
“You should be doing more.”
“They’ll abandon you if you speak your truth.”
“You're not healed enough yet.”
These are the micro-traps. The everyday enclosures that drain our light and bind our choices — even without a net, even without an overlord.
And here’s the twist: Many of us who are trying to escape the system or expose the illusion are still subconsciously bound by these inner frequencies. We don’t need implants if we still carry the program ourselves.
For me, the real liberation has been to feel the shame, fear, and guilt — and not obey them.
Not to fight them. Not to exile them.
Just to see them, and choose differently.
That’s when the net begins to dissolve. That’s when presence returns.
You don’t need to wait until you’ve purified every belief or memory.
The moment you stop believing that your pain is proof you’re broken, the trap begins to lose power.
Love to all of you still walking this path, falling and rising, remembering who you are — beyond program
Tommie
