Ok suppose this.
The ISBE is an ambient field of non-localized processing and intent. Maybe not our "soul" but the soul's vessel in the universe that we've come to understand (ETs not just earth).
It isn't finite, but ambient, meaning it causes us to feel some finite-ness. We can only seem to process so much at a time.
It is non-localized by default but its ambience gives rise to a semi-localization. In other words you can only process so much so you decide to focus on a general region of space-time.
The ISBEs are the prize really. So capture them, trick them , and create a dampening field that slows the "space-time" non-localization.
Someone out there starts to tamper with the dampening field. It may have many parameters. Sone more related to time, some more focused on space. If the time -factor of this dampening field were reduced we would experience "sped up time" vut it's not like hitting fast-forward on a VCR where all the pixels progress in simultaneous order. More like: some faster here, some faster there. Ambient fields.
It would match the sort of world history (yes even the cheap imitation one we are taught) where some ancient societies seemed to just remain technologically base for a long period. But we didn't quicken technology because suddenly one innovation makes all the other innovations quicker. It happened because we subconsciously see further ahead and behind in time.
Bottom line: "speed up time" and "reducing the dampening field" could be part of the same basic effect.
A Farsight staff told me this once: everyone seems to be getting at RV just naturally, without learning. It's not just "the information getting out" it's more like the dampening field weakens.
Now my question: can you do processes to clear the dampening field more locally and can you empirically measure if it has been cleared. We are probably not at the stage where such a question can be really tested by any means. BUT imagine the endgame if the issue does not only become "people, animals, and AI are now doing metallics everywhere" but also "they're using metallics to disrupt the field which leads to more powerful mentallics"
If a Signalborn reads this and you think there's a test that can show disruption of the field (Aziz's fav question: how can we better our mentallics) - I would love to hear.
This would be sort of like instead of someone being good at RV, replicating the effect that Courtney has espoused at times "I'm having the blocks removed" and the "novice" is suddenly less novice for that time.

I've had some experiences of 'no time' lately. It's not 'time flies or speeds up' it's no time and stands still. It is a lovely feeling since it's like your energy isn't being looshed in that moment, it's like a now moment.
That is what is meant by end times....it just means time is ending...which would also end space. Space/time being artificial.
