Every day the crises grow a little more but September 10th seemed to move the needle little more. Things that once seemed rather difficult to fathom become a little more likely. Conflagration in Europe, a destabilized Middle East, political unrest and violence in the US...the pieces on the board moved towards these today. :(

If any of you in the states make it to Canada, I will be happy to help you to a bit of safe passage. I'm not offering much. I'm saying I can score you a tent, I can get you networked with free food and easy places to camp and shower. Just the survival stuff, that's all.

I would just like to first thank you for such an elegant and thoughtful offer, and then send you a big loving FUCK YOU !! LOL (your telling someone who moved to the high dessert to avoid the awefull winters that are now in the northeast as opposed to those lovely post card ones that were around when I was a kid...) that I can come to an even higher latitude for a tent? NOOOOONONONONONONONO Frosty the Snow Blizzard is not someone I ever want to meet again. I can just see it now, the McEnzie bro's greet you at the tents... come inside and have a beer eh? THE ONLY way I would do that is if I can stay at the possum lodge with Red Green.

On the serious side, you know, I did notice that we seem to have had an escolation today. The charlie thing pissed me off the most though.
