No way we have free will, and to choose one side is the game....good vs evil.
The only way is to not play the game, get outside the system and society and become untouchable.
Those ETs really don't understand 'free will'. They are following the Prime Directive, but that is flawed in and of itself on a prison planet where we are 'poisoned, tortured, mind controlled, sent frequencies to all day and night, and forced into a system of slavery as in work and giving our energy or power away to some god or leader.
It's a total mind f**k and sorry to say but those ETs have to be lying, the good ETs if they're being honest, know that as well, we don't have free will. They are even manipulating humanity trying to expose the bad ETs so it's a no brainer.
DON'T play their game. This game isn't for us, it's for them. Most of them aren't even real, they are either archons or if they are ISBEs then how do they even get here and not get trapped? Everyone who comes into this construct gets trapped, but then there are those that don't like the so called 'good ETs' so if they can come and go then why can't they just free the ones who are here and want to be freed, it's a simulation so basically they could take down the death traps, it's all tech, if they took down just the memory wiping veil that surrounds the earth, the ISBEs would regain their memories and realize they are just here playing a game...that would be something and it would be over in a minute for the bad ETs.

Yes, fear is the frequency they put out and the shadow is an overlay on our person. We don't need the shadow as ISBEs, that is this construct, the good vs evil time matrix construct. It's all technology, the shadow doesn't really exist once you shine the light on it. This binary system and the 'game' is played by these folks who use us as pawns on a chessboard, it's many levels and we think this shadow is within us, but it's not, it's an overlay. Like creating an avatar in a video game. You can play an evil character so you're gonna need alot of darkness and traits that allow you to be evil. I can't even play evil in games, so not gonna do this in real life or this incarnation in this matrix game. I can't even entertain it. I can't step on the backs of others to get on top.
When they say you have to do shadow work, that is just transmuting the bad choices you made that harmed another. It's also looking deeply into your pain and transmuting that. Once that is done, in recapitualtion, you realize that this game is all about putting shadow onto you so you constantly are fighting and choosing a side. That is not gonna get you anywhere...to win this game you must step outside it and not play the game. Don't choose sides. We are the pawns, when you choose a side, you are playing the game of 'good vs evil'. Especially in a 'rigged' game like this where everything is inverted...good is evil, and evil is good. They only want chaos because it does create fear and leaches our power from us to choose differently. There's no critical thinking, no time to compile thoughts into a strategy to go around it. It's made for us to 'react' instead of respond. Fear is overcome by facing it, but that is not the game, do I fear chaos, no, they provide chaos because they know that with that fear of it, they will get order...as in people will do what those folks want them to do because they are forced to 'react' instead of respond. It's their 'chaos magic'. This whole thing is a movie, it's not real as we think it is, what we see on the TV box, programming to keep us in fear. And for most people it works for them, just like the whole CONvid thing.

It's like survive at all costs....do whatever you can but survive no matter what. We are constantly in survival mode....that is the flight or fight scenario, once you look at it and aren't afraid, you don't react....you wait....you look at it and see how fake it is. Fear isn't real, it's just a movie. LUV not love, but LUV is real, that comes from your heart center, that is the aether, the power that moves everything. So the thing isn't overcoming fear, it's CLEARing it...clear clear clear...remove the dark spots of trauma by transmuting it.

Yep, they know they are the 'security' and you'll give up liberty or sacrifice your sovereignty to keep your children safe...so the word safe is weaponized.

But Liberty is just regulated freedom...true freedom is outside the structure of liberty and 'safety'.
True freedom doesn't ask permission to do what it wants, and as long as it's of no harm to another in that way.
The security of the prison guards will offer you a liberty, like you can go out in the prison yard and get some sunshine if you comply with these rules, you can't go outside the fence, you can't get into a fight, you can't do much but you'll be offered that or sit in your cell alone in solitary. So you are given regulated liberty...which isn't the same as freedom. That is laws....laws are regulated liberty.
