Of course it can be done, Tesla did it but they couldn't put a meter on it and they just invested in copper wire so they defunded his invention. Everyone who has since then come up with a free energy device, some corporation buys it and buries it or it get's raided and their invention and lab gets destroyed.
They don't want us to have free energy because that would make this world a better place, we'd get rid of polution an people wouldn't need to pay outrageous prices for keeping their home warm or cool. They can't have us being advanced enough to fix our problems and travel thru space...nah...
Hopefully this guy doesn't sell his device to any corporation if it's legit, and he markets it himself, plus, not to mention that he needs to be aware that once this gains attention that it works, he's gonna have to watch out.

There's this kid who turns plastic trash into clean gas and diesel fuel...he calls it plastiline, he too needs to be careful because there are folks that won't want a clean fuel out there that is better than what they have and not taken from the ground but actually solving the plastic problem.
