Okay, from what's listed, the countries are: Russia, United States, China, France, U.K., India, Pakistan (I had no idea that Pakistan had Nuclear-Arsenal), Israel, N. Korea.

In documented history, the U.S. is the only country known to have bombed another country with nuclear-detonation, them being the Japanese-Cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Okay, now that we have that down, one thing that is known about history...:
1. For some reason... this phenomena is often said to repeat itself!
2. From my perspective... this phenomena hasn't actually stopped.
3. Strange history repeats seem to occur in 100-year cycles...

What else seems to be deemed as a 100-year phenomenon? Oh, right, the maximum human life-span, even if not necessarily the average life-span, which is something like maybe 70-80 years.

Although I know that writing such an article and using such a «provocative» title is definitely going to draw some attention (probably also guarantee that I get put on some sort of «watch-list»), I am really just speculating here, but, on the other hand, evidence does exist to be able to form a valid-hypothesis as to how this is done, especially consider «history repeats itself» phenomena.

That, then, begs the question... what caused the U.S. to use Nuclear-Weapons on Japan?
And what would be the likelihood that such a situation and conditions could be REPLICATED?
See, in order to learn about how to potentially «steer the future» so-to-speak, one should also pay attention to historic-patterns, because, if history repeats itself, then, you can probably accurately predict what will happen next if it's happened or has been repeated or done before.

Like, we can definitely «predict» with great-accuracy that «the sun will rise tomorrow morning» barring any gymnastics-with-semantics that distort that intended meaning, and that it tends to get cold towards the end and beginning of each year for the Northern-Hemisphere (at least as of more-recent years/decades), and that «birds will migrate» (probably) for the winter, and, believe it or not, humans are also very predictable, particularly if their paradigms are dogmatic (materialist/physicalist, fundamentalist, evangelical, etc.), allowing any good «opportunist» or marketer or entrepreneur to essentially know what these people are going to «look for» and want and even «buy» from which the entrepreneur-minded can then «profit» from (even though I do not personally have a great deal of interest in «country» music, if I were to sell music-genres to certain locations/demographics, such as maybe Texas or most rural-locations, I can probably place a fairly «safe bet» that I would likely be able to generate sales/profits selling «country music» more than I could with other genres).

So, that ultimately leads to «OMG! PANIC BUTTON! DUDE!!! RELEASE AND LAUNCH THOSE NUCLEAR-WAR-HEADS NOW!» type of «people» to try to «predict» and «push their buttons» so-to-speak... people in positions of power, WITH Nuclear Access-Codes, perhaps... Vladimir Putin? What about Donald J. Trump? Kim Jong Un? Xi Jin Ping? What kinds of «incentives» can they be given to «ACK! LET'S PANIC-BUTTON RIGHT NOW!» and «THE SKY IS FALLING!!! A lot of people deem Mr. President Donald J. Trump to be various forms of... impatient? Or what-ever else is attributed to DJT according to the «TDS» list, but, Trump probably believes that the U.S. is under «threat» from... well, come to think of this, I don't really know, although, I think it can probably be inferred that it's something like «the left» (in its present-form) or «democrats» (in their present-form) or something along those lines...? Then there is Elon Musk, but, not like he seems to have an interest in Running for President or anything of that nature...probably?

Oh, then there's that Vladimir Putin fellow... what do we know about him? Oh, actually, I has a GREAT IDEA!!! Now let's «get into the head» of that «insane Russian-Leader/Dictator» known as none other than Vladimir Putin and LISTEN TO HIS PAST...
