True sovereignty means to be in control over yourself, not over others.
You don't need authority to heal.
My guess is that someone or something is trying to hijack your innate ISBE capabilities, resulting in a conflict inside you, which makes you feel you're going insane from time to time.
I'm not to judge whether your capabilities are true or not. There is something there. But it's not special when compared to other ISBEs. Whatever is trying to hijack you is appealing to your wish to be special. It feels like an amplifier.
You should get rid of whatever is affecting you.

I don't believe the idea that Jesus will end reincarnation at all.
