This kind of technology was not possible 10 years ago, it probably wasn't possible 5 years ago. But is completely possible today.
Suppose you have-
*An offline Large Language Model (an AI in your own computer, independent of the internet)
*A microtorrent file sharing window
*A "seek forbidden or resisted" directive in the file sharing window
*A "share with network" directive.
All day long the LLM looks at the files on in your microtorrent window,
*it makes a judgment call for a specific thing: What's politically forbidden or resisted? All the files? Most of them? Some of them? Download what you can. Review and delete things that don't match the title. Open only safe formats (say for example pdf or mp4 or mp3)
*It archives and seeds the files for you, you can always add new files.
If you had even about 50 of these around the world, continuously active, the types of things that would likely surface is no small feat.
