1. What is a Cooperative?
"A cooperative is 'an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically-controlled enterprise'. Cooperatives are democratically controlled by their members, with each member having one vote in electing the board of directors. They differ from collectives in that they are generally built from the bottom-up, rather than the top-down."
2. What is the Remote Viewing Cooperative?
Most if not all remote viewing associations out there follow the top-down principle (including Farsight). The Remote Viewing Cooperative is my approach to create an association that follows the bottom-up principle. All of its members have the same rights. There is no centralized authority (like a board of directors).
3. How does the Remote Viewing Cooperative work?
The foundation of the RVC is a voluntary contract that establishes its purpose and the goals of its members. You become a member by following the contract, and lose your membership by not following the contract.
As there is no centralized authority and all members have the same rights, there's also no need for democratic elections. However, the members still can vote. The only reason to vote is when the members want to change the foundational contract. In that case, the decision of the members must be unanimous.
4. Unanimity doesn't work, because reasons.
The RVC implements the principles of sociocracy: ➡️ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociocracy#Essential_principles
5. What are the goals of the RVC?
- Independent remote viewing without authoritarian control
- Documentation and publication of results
- Verification of the results by collecting real life evidence
The RVC doesn't focus on a specific method or protocol for remote viewing. It doesn't follow an agenda. The main principle is that truth is more important than telling a story. We get to the truth by applying the scientific method.
6. Who can be members?
Everybody who decides to follow the contract becomes a member of the RVC. If you are a remote viewer, you contribute by sharing your remote viewing results. If you are a scientist, you contribute by creating a testable hypothesis based on remote viewing results, testing it through experiments and statistical analysis, and adjusting or discarding the hypothesis based on the results.
7. Where do I find the contract?
There is no contract yet. If you want to take part in creating the first draft, please share your ideas in this thread.
