THE BOOKS OF ROBERT MONROE
The following piece I wrote for 'my Dutch followers'. (For now translated by ChatGPT.)
There is lots of 'Farsight' in it and also the refuting of some things Farsight says.
I guess interesting enough for Farsight followers who are well versed in all the 'weird' things that I talk about.
The review is in plain text, >>> I put my own comments between these. <<<
There we go:
I have just read two books by Robert Monroe (1915–1995), the man who put the OBE (Out of Body Experience) on the map.
His first book is the world-famous Journeys Out of the Body (1971), which I read a few years later. I was very impressed.
Later he wrote two more books which I have finally(!) read now: Far Journeys (1985) and Ultimate Journey (1994). Both books show how he developed from pioneer, via student, into someone who is familiar with the laws of the world around the Earth, where many souls go after their departure from their body.
I even read the last book, Ultimate Journey, twice in order to be able to discuss it properly here. There are so many discoveries in it that I consider him a valuable guide for a good understanding of astral life after this physical life.
Apart from that, he has made a super valuable contribution to the development of humanity by developing the “Hemi-Sync process” and the “Gateway Program,” with which you can learn to leave your body. I explain that a bit further on.
How it began
In 1958, Robert was 43 years old, a producer of radio programs, had a wife and two children, began spontaneously and regularly—during rest breaks for example— lying on the bed and in full consciousness, to drift out of his body.
At first he thought he was hallucinating and sometimes that he was dead. He became afraid he was going crazy. At that time there was truly nobody who talked about these kinds of things.
He could not blame it on anything and the doctors and psychiatrist he consulted could find nothing strange.
After a year of searching in vain for explanations, he realized there was nothing to be afraid of and began reserving a part of his workspace for research into “this problem.” He involved family and friends to do research into “consciousness” in all its forms. And that is how they found out that people also experience these things during dreams, during operations, and even NDEs (Near Death Experiences) (Almost-Death Experiences—ADEs).
>>> Later they said they even found out that about 25% of the (American) population has experienced at least one OBE during their lifetime (just like I have had two). [Comment from ChatGPT: “Survey estimates vary, but OBEs are commonly reported by roughly ~10% of people (often cited as ~10–20% depending on definitions and samples).” ] <<<
What they learned
The most important thing that Robert and these people generally experience is that they are no longer afraid of death. They realize that they might very well continue living in a “spiritual body.”
The second is that essentially there is nothing to be afraid of. You can always return to your body; there are no beings that can harm you. Depending on where you go, however, spirits can “test” you and startle you, but you can always leave there, or face your fears and learn to let go.
The third is that you are an open book to “everyone” you meet. All your beautiful sides but also your fears and traits are visible. You can, however, just as in your body, slowly detach yourself from that. But perhaps you will need—afterwards—a processing in your body for that.
Lying is excluded unless you learn to shield your thoughts. Aliens, whom you can also encounter (more about that later), can do that much, much better and we are no match for them when it comes to that. But you can train yourself in that too.
The fourth is that on the one hand you have less intellectual capacity—you have to consciously deploy and train that—but on the other hand you have many more other abilities, such as going wherever you want, even into the past and the future. That latter is then a probability and not a certainty: a possible timeline.
So you can find answers to all sorts of questions you had.
Also, in principle you do not feel physical pain or discomfort, often a relief. Physical emotions also fall away, and those of others you meet have no influence on you. “In principle,” because the soul can still encounter this itself in special situations. Or it can evoke it and can also imagine it. For example, its belief system or negative deeds can make it experience this (“hell”).
On the other hand, the emotions come immediately as soon as you go back into your body. But you get used to that and among advanced people basically only Love remains for those they have met.
There is, on the other hand, much more to experience. Simple voyeurism for example hardly occurs because there are far more interesting sensations to be had. You can create entire realities, like your dream partner on a dream island with everything on it, and experience it more intensely than in the body.
That is also the reason that if Robert, for example, wanted to meet someone—a deceased friend or family member—he would have to do that within a few weeks or, better still, days, because a “soul,” once free of the body—so not like Robert who had to keep returning—usually quickly lets go of the Earth and surroundings and “finds its place” and no longer concerns itself at all with “the Earth” (that “vale of tears”).
Not all of them, by the way.
From time to time Robert finds out that someone who has only just died and whom he is looking for cannot be found. It also happens more often that someone he is in contact with “suddenly” disappears and can no longer be found.
>>> That then brings Death Traps to mind. They have been sucked up and are then trapped in the reincarnation system. <<<
There are also souls who are so attached to the Earth—or rather to their emotions—that they keep hanging around endlessly in the place they know well and are sometimes seen as “ghosts.”
>>> And there are “spirits” who enjoy bothering people or taking revenge for what was done to them. Then they can, for example, fool “channelers” who are open to that and give incorrect information.
Or there are “good souls” who want to help their loved ones for a while longer and stay nearby for a few weeks until they have the chance to convey what they want to share to their loved ones. For example via a dream or via “a medium.” <<<
The fifth is that you can encounter thousands of non-human intelligences. Usually you do not gain much from that because they are busy with very different things than we are and have very different forms of communication. But they are definitely there.
Robert rarely stays in contact with them for long because his guide keeps him away from them, because they are more of a distraction for him than anything else. Besides, they more often feel superior to us and treat us accordingly because they have developed differently than we have.
His guide (more about him below) has a clear plan with him.
The sixth that they learned is that the “space” you end up in is truly a fixed space around the Earth, with certain events that take place at certain fixed locations. In my current view, this does not mean that space does exist (space and time no longer exist in modern physics) but that we all create it together. We humans as well as the other beings who “hang around” with us, and that that “space” (essentially an interplay of “events”) therefore simply moves along with physical space (also an interplay of events). So it is simply a whole that we all create together. Hard to grasp for our little brains.
Thus the astral space sits close around the Earth and is the easiest to reach. The farther you go away from the Earth, the more (spiritual) “effort” you have to make for it and the higher the consciousness of the souls that “hang around” there is. There is also clearly a highway between the Earth and the Moon where at every moment thousands of little lights (human souls as he sees them) zip back and forth.
>>> Probably those are souls who go to their “life review” in the specially created “astral world” and from there reincarnate again. Called the “Death Traps” by Farsight and confirmed by others (such as Brett Stuart whom I wrote about earlier and David Icke whom I also wrote about earlier). But not seen by many other great seers. Probably because you have to search for it consciously.
About this life review and the incarnation system I will do a separate blog after this series. <<<
The seventh is that souls are totally at the mercy of their own fears, wishes and “beliefs.” Every soul seeks out its own “niche” that it feels drawn to. That can be a “hellish” situation where you are at the mercy of your fears, or a place where group sex is practiced. It can be a place where you can “gorge” without limit, up to a relaxed or even paradisiacal situation as so beautifully depicted by Jurgen Ziewe (see my link to his video interview).
Robert concludes that “nothing is sacred”: belief, prohibitions, taboos, authorities (guides!) including “holiness” (apparitions of Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Mohammed, etc.), everything must be investigated and questioned.
>>> Something we should also do in our daily life! <<<
The eighth is that time works very differently. It does exist for you, as is shown for example by the fact that Robert often has to stop his far journeys because his bladder is full and he feels a signal from his body. Or his cat has managed to get into his room with him and is now “crooning” him awake.
>>> “Time” is something created by consciousness. Change is experienced as time. In our 3D world, change (by the law of large numbers) is regular and standard. So time too.
But in the spiritual world change is only something in consciousness and not in reality. With consciousness we can therefore visit past and future but not physically act in them (I thought). Only observe or make contact with the spiritual part of it. If you change something by doing that, then you only change other timelines, which resolves the paradox of the relationship to the “now.” <<<
The ninth is that “space” also “works” differently. In the beginning “going out of the body” was a movement, but later it became—as others also reported—more a phase change, a shift of consciousness frequency. It seems that consciousness, also in the non-bodily world, prefers to experience changes of events as movements in order to be able to process and store them easily. But that that is not necessary because at the core space does not exist.
The tenth is that Robert eventually learns—I am now getting a bit ahead of the discussion—that the ultimate goal of his development and of the development of humanity is total freedom. And the condition for that is a high enough consciousness. And if that freedom is to be lasting, then Love is a condition for it.
His guide
On his journeys Robert at a certain point meets a being that feels super familiar to him, with whom he has all kinds of instructive conversations, and who shows him things and later gives him all kinds of assignments.
Thus it lets him experience all kinds of situations that seem completely “real” to him, in which he must make a particular correct decision. He gets to experience that situation again and again until he has the correct reaction to it. After that he gets another situation to practice.
Later he especially has to find people who have “crossed over” and who do not understand that or do not know where to go. He is often the first they meet since their death.
>>> Interesting because that means that not everyone is “picked up” by family or guides. And also that not everyone is “automatically” attracted by the white light. Why not? One explanation could be that not every soul is sensitive to it. Or else is too “rebellious” to just go “somewhere,” or too much in itself to notice the light.
Maybe the Reptilians also do not care that there are souls who just “wander around.” They have enough and know they will not escape and can ultimately be used by them. <<<
He helps them understand their situation, which usually works, and then wants to take them to a place he already knows well where they can meet others in the same situation, but often has to conclude that they suddenly are “gone” and can no longer be found. He assumes that they then have found their own place. (Or have discovered the “white light” of the Death Traps).
>>> In my student days I met Gerard Croiset, the best-known Dutch psychic, who told that he was sometimes asked by people to come to a “haunted house.” Then he would invariably meet a “soul” who could not accept its death and kept hanging around in its beloved place. Then he would go (telepathically) into conversation with that spirit and explained to it what was going on and that it had to “go to the light.” Whether that was good advice—opinions differ about that, haha. <<<
Robert discovers, however, that a number of those “lost souls” are himself in an earlier reincarnation. So he is apparently busy going into the “past” and helping himself there. He even ends up in a situation that he later realizes involved “three of him” communicating with each other.
But, as said, the past does not exist in that “world” and all his “souls” exist simultaneously. Note well: his souls. Not his physical versions. Those he can visit, but cannot communicate with.
And so later it turns out that his guide is a future version of himself who helps him become that future… A lot of help he had experienced in the past turned out to be from himself.
>>> “In the past.” Consciousness determines time and “travels” along events. So there is no “future” in that consciousness from which you can look back. So all the help Robert gives himself is by definition always in the past. <<<
This also makes us look very differently at our “guardian angels.” Perhaps those are also future versions of ourselves. <<<
Helping each other is essentially helping yourself—sometimes your own soul and sometimes that of another—and they might be all one.
Influence on our life
With this we come to something (for me) very important that Robert says. Thus he literally says that his oversoul puts thoughts and ideas into himself and even physical impulses! One of his souls—but that was himself in a later form—has even helped him place two dollars somewhere that he needed, steer his surfboard in a certain direction so that he could be rescued, and even avoid a motorcycle accident with a truck. There is so much help we get and do not notice and do not question. Usually as an answer to a question or for example a prayer.
>>> This is something I have a lot of experience with and have thought about. I have also written about it several times and there is even a next blog partly ready about that topic. I have very often experienced things that were “not coincidental”: synchronicity. Things that were “staged.” Sometimes help and lessons, but usually just “signs.” “Winks from the universe,” as my teacher called them. Like: don’t worry, we see you, you are not alone. <<<
The oversoul
He also later finds out that this guide, this “being,” is the collection of personalities from all his previous lives. He meets them on one of his journeys and cannot count them because there are so many. Perhaps thousands. He begins to see himself as a scout who has been sent out from a kind of “mothership.”
This is often called the “oversoul.” Robert only finds out once he has gone “out” enough and starts investigating what is inside him.
This brings us to something that is terribly difficult to understand both for Robert’s mind and for ours. How can there be more versions of me existing at the same time?
For that reason Robert then asks whether you can reincarnate in multiple bodies at the same time. The answer is “yes, but that rarely happens” and it is very unlikely that you would meet them. And if that did happen, then he or she would feel like a very familiar friend.
The Akashic Records
By “going inward” Robert discovers that he can investigate his whole life. He can go to any moment and then relive everything in detail. Everything that comes in through his senses (!) turns out to be continuously stored in the oversoul.
After doing that a number of times, however, he no longer does it because he often experiences his earlier decisions, mistakes and blunders as childish and “silly.”
He also sees that many previous lives “return” in his current life. His hobbies, his talents, his rebellion, his preferences—they are all “echoes” of what he had experienced or developed earlier.
The goal
His guide—Robert’s oversoul, or an aspect of it that has integrated everything learned—is essentially working to teach Robert to help people on their way so that they gain understanding about their condition and can make more conscious choices. Some of those people are versions of an inexperienced soul that once wandered aimlessly and now can be absorbed into Robert’s oversoul until it is complete.
And since Robert teaches people at his institute how to leave their body and what they can do there, he also instructs those people so that they can help other souls on their way. “Rescue,” you could also call it. Many of his students already reported that they would occasionally encounter “themselves” and that they themselves explained the choices they could make.
Not every soul they meet is open to “rescue.” But often yes if the rescuers make a second or third attempt. “Often,” so not always. Some are too “stuck” to the earthly experience.
The rescuing ensures—according to Robert’s future version—that they do not leave behind a “soul” (which they themselves are) when they as a complete “oversoul” are going to make “a jump” into freedom.
What that freedom will look like they do not know, but they feel they must do it. Before that time they send out loose souls that explore the universe and then report when they have found “it.”
So there is no “higher goal”: his oversoul and ours all strive—very egoistically—for more freedom, more possibilities to enjoy “existence,” “being.” And we keep searching until we find it. Unless after that we start searching further again…. After all, we have eternity.
Past and future
Robert also visits people in the past, hundreds of thousands of years ago, and in the future, 1500 years ahead. That would then be the 35th century.
He is present in both himself. In the future one—his next and last incarnation on Earth, he says—he is preparing for the big leap into freedom not only with his own oversoul (hundreds or more incarnations) but also with other oversouls which he calls “his cluster,” and that consists of perhaps thousands or hundreds of thousands of other united souls.
>>> I do not understand this well in the book. Those other oversouls also have relationships with yet other oversouls and everyone is involved in that. So is he talking about all of humanity—no, because he is not talking about millions, let alone billions—or are there then boundaries between the ties we can form with other oversouls? <<<
Both “types” of people he visits have great paranormal abilities and for that reason they can communicate with Robert, who is “astral.”
Both in the past and in the future the people are naked and Robert asks whether they do not need clothes to keep warm. “That is not necessary,” his guide tells him, “because their body there has a built-in system for that.”
>>> That is also my experience with raw food: that our bodies, when they are truly healthy, can handle much more than the weak, sick bodies we have now.
This also confirms the story of the Annunaki: that we used to speak one language, namely telepathy (see my blog about the Tower of Babel) and that that was taken away from us by those Anunaki, who genetically adapted us to their desires, namely to make us their slave who of course could not just read their thoughts. <<<
Humor
A (physical) extraterrestrial being that Robert visits, who can shape-shift, turns out to be hanging around in his spaceship around the Earth in order to collect humor from Earth. He trades that with other extraterrestrials. Humor turns out to be something rare among aliens and is highly valued as a way to relax. Where extraterrestrials in general have no humor, we have an abundance of it.
An exceptional human being
Robert has a deep wish: to meet the most developed human being living on Earth in his time.
His guide leads him to an ordinary-looking Western person of middle age in an ordinary workroom. The unusual thing is his beautiful radiance. Robert cannot make out whether it is a man or a woman and calls “him” He-she. Robert can communicate telepathically with him and asks all kinds of questions but the answers do not make him much wiser. One of them is where Heshe eats and sleeps.
“I gave that up a long time ago,” is the answer.
Heshe also turns out to be 1800 years old and to have lived only one life on Earth. Heshe says that he loves people and appears to practice multiple professions simultaneously. That keeps him young, he says.
>>> From the fact that he/she no longer eats and sleeps and this is his/her first incarnation on Earth I infer that he/she already had those abilities in his/her life before this life and could easily “call them up” again. “Living on light” is something certain extraterrestrial races do, and not sleeping is something dolphins do too, who alternately sleep with their left and right brain hemisphere. Nikola Tesla was also the incarnation of a soul that previously lived on a technologically very advanced planet. He decided to come help humanity with technology to make them evolve faster. <<<
This being 1800 years old is in line with what I have encountered earlier. In the book Maharaj by Anantha Murthy, the life of Shriman Tapasvaji Maharaj is described, who became 185 years old. On his travels/walks Maharaj meets a man who is about two thousand years old and who knows two Vedas by heart. His name is therefore “DwiVeda.” Interesting is that he only drinks (raw) milk and eats a certain herb that keeps him young.
In a book by Alexandra David-Neel there is an abbot of a monastery who is 900 years old with two students of about 300 years old. They eat raw meat.
The teacher of the late Shyam Bhatnagar, who was my teacher, was about 350 years old.
Maharaj and that abbot with his students did “Kaya Kalpa,” a yogi technique that makes you 25 years younger. Then you sleep for between three to six months 23 hours a day and get up one hour a day and drink (for example) raw milk with some herbs or raw meat. <<<
Heshe knows the importance of the work Robert is doing and has a plan that he shares with Robert (who unfortunately does not share it with us) which implies that united humanity executes a worldwide plan. Robert says it is almost impossible, but Heshe says necessity will force us to do it. Interesting given what is happening in the world and how almost everything is collapsing.
School or farm?
Up to now I have mainly discussed Robert’s third and last book, Ultimate Journey, because it gives the most insights. But in his second book, Far Journeys, he describes in chapter 12 how he finds out that people are essentially “cattle” and are “milked” by particularly intelligent beings.
He got this story from an energetic friend, called “BB” by Robert, meaning a friend who does not have a physical body, whom he often visits during his nightly OBEs and who lives on an energetic “planet,” the planet where Robert originally came from.
BB himself got the story as a “thought package,” together with a number of other packages, during an organized excursion to TSI (Time Space Illusion) in which Earth was also visited in order to better understand the “objects” to be visited.
But BB nonetheless understood little of Earth and Robert tried to explain to him what life on Earth is like. He found out, however, that for an energetic being that does not eat, does not sleep, has no different sexes and does not reproduce, it is almost impossible to imagine life on Earth. Against that stands that another friend, AA, whom he met somewhat earlier than BB, felt strongly attracted to Earth and decided to incarnate there “once.”
>>> Probably because life as an energetic being, that continuously “plays games,” becomes rather monotonous. <<<
Robert explained to BB among other things that Earth is a perfectly designed school for compressed learning that we ultimately must outgrow and then make a quantum leap to more freedom. BB found that did not fit and gave Robert the thought package that I am about to describe. Robert was completely shaken when he “opened” the package and after returning to his body he was depressed for two weeks and needed months to process the package.
>>> Interesting is also that incarnating on Earth is something almost all beings who “live” on KT-95 do not want to think about. They go completely crazy from our chaotic busyness, the continuous thoughts we all broadcast and that they, telepathic as they are, all “hear.” <<<
Loosh
In the story—the thought package—it is told how Someone (with a capital letter) once decided to set up a Loosh farm. Loosh (pronounced “loosh”) was a sought-after substance, produced by material living beings, that was valued by many energetic beings but hard to find and only available in small quantities and of poor quality. This Someone therefore knew there was a “gap in the market” for it.
He chose Earth as his experimental terrain. Soon he found out that conflict and struggle yielded a reasonable quality loosh. Especially the earthly humanoids did that very well. But he also discovered that fighting for the life of your children out of Love produced a high degree of pure loosh. He also saw that loneliness produced good loosh.
He therefore created (sic) humans as man and woman so that they could be lonely and long for each other. Moreover he took a piece of his DNA, which he had received from his “creator,” and placed it in humans. In that way humans too, like him, would long for oneness with “the source.”
>>> This brings to mind giving us a “soul,” through which we have so many spiritual longings that lead us to design religions (re = again; ligare = to bind) which—because we have become “obedient” to authority (the loss of our instincts that tell us what is good for us, so that we now have to listen to others who tell us what is good for us)—bring us to religions (serving god). On the other hand this “soul” also brings us many spiritual gifts, something I hear more often. We would have “something” many aliens are jealous of. No idea how this works further. <<<
This had the advantage that people would then “surrender” to “god,” be willing to sacrifice, and could cry to him, which produced a beautiful form of loosh. Religions in turn also produced much division and thus war.
Finally he ensured that conditions such as pain, illness, hatred, shame, war, hunger and scarcity (greed, trade, deceit) were present in abundance on our planet.
>>> I suspect that our culture and agriculture specifically were given to us by the aliens (Annunaki) with the purpose of increasing our emotions and thus producing more loosh. Domesticated food excites us, which both in our contacts and in our sexuality causes emotions that are far too intense, which causes the disasters we see around us (think for example child trafficking and satanic sexual abuse). See my book for more detail. <<<
Something the package also mentions is that dying also yields (one-time) loosh and that more often natural disasters were produced by Someone (earthquakes, tsunamis) in order to harvest a lot of loosh at once.
Eventually, when the earthly experiment was a great success, other planets were also involved.
>>> And that is again the story of the Draco reptilians who, according to certain projects of Farsight, are on a conquest campaign through our galaxy in order to get as many “subjects” as possible who produce delicious loosh for them. For them loosh is a kind of drug that gets them “high.” <<<
>>> For me it is clear for a number of reasons that the thought package is an allegory. The name “Someone” is not for nothing written with a capital letter.
From Lacerta’s historiography we know it did not happen so simply that one person made the whole Earth into a testing ground. All kinds of aliens were involved. But the result is ultimately the same.
Robert himself does not say that it must be an allegory, but from another passage in his book I infer that he would also say that if he were asked about it. <<<
>>> Loosh has, through this story, become for me almost the same as emotion. Humans are super emotional beings, stirred up by wrong food. If we learn to get these emotions under control (diet and awareness), then we also limit the production of the large quantities of loosh we now produce and are then less interesting as “cattle.” And perhaps then we become strong enough to stand on our own feet and make the overlords leave. <<<
>>> Are we the cattle of the Annunaki?
Robert makes a comparison in the book with how we treat our cattle. But that comparison does not quite hold.
Of course “we” have also refined and optimized our food production in order to get something from others (“our” cattle and even “our” plants) that we highly value: milk, cheese, eggs, meat, seeds, vegetables and fruit. They are all “improved.”
And we too generally do not know that we are being “used.” And if the Annunaki consciously genetically manipulated us so that we became much more emotional because we then produced more loosh, then we simply cannot do otherwise. Just like our domesticated animals, we are domesticated people who simply produce a lot of loosh.
And that we did not know it until now was perhaps a good thing because we could not do anything about it. Only now with the internet and social media can we inform each other and force “disclosure” and thus set a major change in motion. And if we are also a school, then it was not all that bad. <<<
I say “generally” because in the past there have been many people, such as the Essenes and the Cathars, who did know that we were dominated and controlled by authoritarian beings.
Where Robert’s comparison differs from our own cattle
-- In his story the production of the cattle is food for us. Okay, we could eat other food, but it is not that we do it “for fun,” like the aliens. On the other hand there are enough people who no longer eat to live but live to eat, and food has become a culture in itself that has little to do with “nourishing oneself.”
-- We also do not treat the animals deliberately badly and unnaturally in order to get what we want. Of course there are negative exceptions, but the average farmer will try to treat his animals as well as possible within the financial reality he finds himself placed in. That, again, does not apply to the aliens who do not care about our well-being.
-- A third deviation is that we are deliberately lied to about the fact. The cows are not. If we were told the truth, everything would probably run very differently. <<<
School AND farm
Robert comes to the conclusion, or synthesis, that we may have been set up as a farm, but that we are certainly also a school to learn to produce the highest quality Loosh. A kind of happy side effect.
High quality because it is clear that we can produce low quality (greed, pain, aggression, jealousy, etc.) but also that we can generate high quality (friendship, pride, courage, etc.). But we can even produce the highest quality—purified, pure loosh, i.e. Love.
In that sense at this moment we are both: both a school and a farm.
>>> So I do not agree with Courtney Brown of Farsight, who places far too much emphasis on the prison aspect and who says: “It’s not a school, it’s a prison!” Sorry, it is important to see that it is a prison but ALSO a school. <<<
>>> From the stories of victims of satanic sexual abuse it seems clear that the loosh production of humans mainly concerns low-quality loosh: fear, aggression, pain. If we as humanity are able to make these feelings unnecessary, to prevent them, then—even if we are still being “harvested”—we are much better off and perhaps then part of the harvest stops. And who knows, perhaps we are then so developed that we can stop it entirely, if that is better for our well-being. <<<
The layers of the universe
Robert also gets explanation about how the universe is put together. His guide gives him a telepathic explanation:
“Within ‘the universal field’ there is an extraordinarily broad ‘M’ field.”
>>> It is clear that his guide means the paranormal field by this. I would rather indicate it with the Greek letter PSI. Compare it to the electromagnetic field that we do know well. It is just as “infinitely” large. <<<
The M-field functions both in the physical world and outside our space-time and is hardly recognized by our society.
It tends to concentrate in living beings, which all use it for communication. Animals are more aware of it than humans, who—with some exceptions—hardly experience it.
>>> Ingo Swann was a man who experienced it to a very high degree for a year.
He describes that in his book Psychic Sexuality (see my blog with the book review). He then continuously saw auras of living beings with the craziest emanations from them (to us) which clearly were a kind of communication, often of a sexual nature. <<<
Thoughts are a part, a “band” of the spectrum of M and our emotions are a part right next to it. The “bandwidth” of Love lies next to that again.
Thoughts can influence M-field radiation. Human forms of communication have reduced our use of the M-field
>>> As my teacher W.H.C. Tenhaef, Professor of parapsychology, always said: “Der Geist ist der Widersacher der Seele.” (Statement by philosopher Ludwig Klages) The mind is the adversary of the soul. The more someone is “in his head,” the less he can be open to the paranormal. <<<
but nevertheless we are continuously influenced by it (thus by the thoughts and feelings of others and even animals and plants) without realizing it.
In our dreams we are in the M-field and all the different expressions of our “I,” the oversoul therefore, are also there. But in a part (band, frequency) that does not overlap with our space-time.
This M-field energy (which we therefore are—without our body) cannot be destroyed. Our soul is therefore “eternal.”
The rare people who can function well in the M-field (OBE) usually find it much more interesting there than on Earth.
Between the different oversouls a bond can arise. Through Love (with a capital L) a bond can arise that remains within the M-field. Thus close bonds often arise between different soul clusters.
The “radiation” of the M-field (all transmitted thoughts) is overwhelming and can only be controlled by closing or opening receptors.
>>> Since we are mostly closed off, in our case the art is precisely to open them through meditation, kundalini, yoga techniques, etc. We are conscious energy, trapped in a limited expression. Small and incomplete. Through our incarnations we learn more and more: Knowledge and Love, the gift of the holographic dream we sit in every day. Until we are “complete” and can take the next step “outward.” <<<
Through our emotions (M-field) we can influence our body. The placebo effect is an example of that. People can also learn to control this (meditation) and with their thought radiation influence both people and matter. On a small scale these are yogis, magicians, witches and wizards, mediums, healers and sometimes leaders (kings, emperors). On a high level these are often masters, gurus and religious figures, who seldom abuse it.
>>> Lacerta also has a similar explanation about our universe. That amounts to the fact that we understand only a very small part of what is present around us. She speaks of “the field” in which everything we know is reflected, and the part of the field that can be known consists again of layers and fields (such as the electromagnetic and thus also the M-field) and bubbles in the “foam of the universe.” Those bubbles are also seen by Darius Wright, a well-known OBE’er who is interviewed on podcasts everywhere. <<<
A creator
According to Robert there is a creator, about whom he says the following:
“We are part of the ongoing process and as long as we are human we cannot understand what god is and what his intention is. This god asks for no worship and does not punish and reward (we do that ourselves). He leaves us free to learn (free will). The only thing he asks is to gain experience (Knowledge and Love) and take it back to the source.”
>>> I have another idea about this. Among other things as a result of a text by Jane Roberts (who channeled “Seth”) that I want to share with you later. I think we should not just conclude that there is a creator.
After all, Robert himself says, we must question everything and put it up for discussion.
Robert himself also says that we too are creators and in that sense reflections of or even parts of “the creator.” But you can also make from that that “the creator” has split up and that we ourselves have become the creators, and only when we unite do we find the original unity again. And you can ask whether it is still possible to unite all of us (including extraterrestrials and animals and plants). That could well take “an eternity.”
I have always felt inside for myself: God is “all people together.” That is my provisional goal, haha.
In a text that is not in Jane Roberts’s books and that later emerged from the estate of Jane and her husband Rob, Seth tells about how the universe is governed by beings that remain hidden from us. You can of course always call that “god,” but I find that a cop-out and I will keep trying to understand those kinds of things. So: to be continued. <<<
How it grew
In 1971 Robert wrote his first book and that caused loads of people to contact him. The Monroe Institute began to grow—with the help of dozens of new friends—into a real research facility where people began to experiment with, for that time, advanced brain techniques such as listening to two minimally different tones in the two ears, which leads to different brain frequencies and to synchronizing the two hemispheres. Called Hemi-Sync. That leads to easier “leaving the body.”
In 1991 that grew into a program, “Lifeline,” of six days that was followed by hundreds of people and in which almost everyone learned to leave their body and visit places Robert had also visited.
Participants got their own little room with headphones and instructions and reported what they experienced.
Later Robert trained them to search for “lost souls” and lead them to the place that suited their consciousness.
Conclusion
This knowledge that Robert has gathered for us, and many others with him, gives us more freedom in making choices after our transition.
This whole “leaving the body” and learning from it is an important step in dismantling the Death Traps. You learn to lose fear, to question everything, and not to fall into the trap of the white light. A great contribution to the liberation of humanity.
The Monroe Institute now
The institute is still located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Faber, Virginia, USA. His daughter Laurie now leads the institute. Tens of thousands of people have followed their programs, including well-known people such as Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, Ram Dass, Bruce Lipton and the well-known Remote Viewer (psychic) Joseph McMoneagle. They have also seen/heard millions of their audio cassettes or videos.
They have developed many programs such as:
-- Gateway Voyage (6 days) learn to leave your body.
-- Heartline. Develop Love in your life.
-- Accelerated learning. Improve memory, concentration and relaxation.
-- Surgical support. Preparation and support for surgeries.
-- Opening the way. Support for pregnancy and birth.
-- Going Home series. Support for terminal patients.
-- Etc.
