Quote from the Farsight ET Board Meeting 2025 titled "The Mission":
[48:05] "What you're missing is, that you have to also be able to show the people the other side. You have to completely take away the curtain, rip away the curtain that is separating the human population from knowing who their oppressors are. What they actually can do. What they do do, what they do to their own slave populations. That's the other side. Your role is to show people what both sides are actually like."
I came to understand something.
Until now, I didn't understand why the ETs chose to make Farsight a movie company. Why they chose to go "AI fancy" style instead of "Veritasium scientific" style. I prefer the latter.
But I missed that most people on this planet are not like me. I know the other side. I remember it. The slavery. The child abuse.
The ETs are right: That sort of content is not easily digestible. Take the "Earth's Defense" project, for instance. The part where Aziz described how the bad guys tortured the children. How the military came in and shot everybody. Not asking questions, because there are no questions to ask. And only one child survived the torture, barely.
I have no fear to look at the dark stuff. I already did the shadow work. I already shed the tears.
I don't know whether it's possible to make the really dark stuff digestible for most people. They are so quick to turn away from the child abuse that's surrounding them. They don't want to hear or see it. They prefer the illusion.
Because they don't want to bear the responsibility.
So, maybe it's the right move to sneak this knowledge in. To "hide" the difficult parts between the space opera.
We'll see...
