The kind that also existed that those «villain» characters wore in those Scooby Doo Cartoons.
Now, consider, that the «News» reporters «as seen on T.V.» are actually wearing such Disguises.
Yeah, I know it's not «Halloween» yet (All Hallow's Eve), but, the public are apparently easy to dupe...

Anyway, I recently saw this post/screen-shot, and, the «thought» arrived: Facial-Disguise Masks?
And another thought came to mind: Maybe those aren't humans underneath, but «Lizzid» people?
