No shade to Elizabeth April, but I've heard her discuss some of the same "density" and "earning our phd on earth" stuff that Courtney warns about (possibly part of the "bad et" narrative, to spin a web of delays). Similar things are stated by Bashar (bad et).
The Pleiadans she shows also seem to be represented as the "beautiful beings" Courtney has warned may be a manipulation in the past (though it seems he goes back and forth on it as a manipulative/legitimate strategy depending on whether he's talking about ET's or Farsight). It's unrealistic to expect aliens with unlimited capabilities to "not" want to be pretty, so discernment is required, but Farsight's ET's seem to at least put on more down-to-earth appearances when talking.
Notably absent from her talks are mentions of the prison, which would seem like a huge thing to leave out.
She also says the aliens she talks with are from a Galactic Federation. But the "bad et's" seem to use "federation" labels as well, according to Bashar (probably similar to how north korea calls itself "democratic"). This is possibly why Farsight's "good et's" seem leery of labels.
She also implies in her video " Message From The Galactic Federation (March 2026)" that while consent is important, it's "all" that's necessary for a "shift," which is at odds with Courtney's interpretation of Harvey's message: that action is what makes intention real, not intention alone.
There's a lot of language that feels similar to what the "good et's" use, but it's between other things that point towards a very different et group than the ones Farsight interacts with. Likely the bad kind.
