There is a weird emotional state we must consistently achieve. It must be extremely angry, it must have strong empathy, and it must be extremely tempered.

Perhaps the means to achieve such a state consistently is somewhere between meditation, fact digging, and yes even some level of hedonism in between the scramble to feed yourself.

Once in a while it pays to step back and ask simple questions like: really? None of us have any clue about what happens when we die? Take the staunch atheist who disbelieves the soul completely. Are they actually taking time to read anything that challenges their view?

And really?? Never enough resources to make it to Mars. Not even one full film of a rocket going into space and coming all the way down.

Ok I digress. The simple point being to identify the kind of emotional makeup necessary. Or is it all wrong? Sure, let's hear it

Emotions absolutely play a role in shaping and even manipulating reality.

The stronger and more powerful the emotion the more it can even «cut through the atmosphere» due to the fact that emotional-resonance is in fact «field» resonance.

The key is the combination of sustained bi-focal (even tri-focal) attention plus embodied feeling.

Can you hold onto the same thought consistently throughout a whole entire day every single day?

I speak from actual personal-experience here... obviously, much easier said than done, unless of course you're in some sort of «trauma-state» (like I was; past-tense) that makes you think of it 24/7.

Now you have more «clues» as to how it's done which also aligns with Randy Ward's various reported experiences where he also seems to be able to seemingly influence or even potentially control the actions of other people just by picturing their behaviour in his mind's eye. And if Randy Ward ends up reading this thread and my response in particular it will also be another clue for him.

What could his attention possibly have been long-focused on recently? I leave that for him to answer.

I've been leaning heavily into wisdom shared with Intysam to us through Airl ( of the domain ) in her remote viewing session because it communicates the experience of anger so clearly and with practical steps.

The gist of it is that anger blinds us and that when we are blind we a more prone to manipulation. I have children, real, stinky, and often grumpy ones. ( bless ) So you know, there has to be a limit to anger as a parent.

For me that limit is blindness. I wonder what Airl might say of me interpreting it this way but I think this blindness distills to subconscious reactions that subvert our conscious awareness.

I agree with what OP and Source-Borne say about the experience. So I guess my part of the puzzle is that I believe compassion is in our nature when we are aware of our surroundings and able to respond instead of react to emotional triggers such as anger.
