When you look at the legal history of America (many other civilizations fit, but it's a useful microcosm) - an ironic but revealing pattern begins to emerge.
*The Magna Carta propelled a shift from a feudal monarchy toward a semi-republic. It wasn't really the People at large but at least the vassals uprising. The King was no longer pure dictator, by doctrine. So "everyone us a slave" became more like: "poor people are slaves"
*The origins of corporate slave ownership ... I don't know if could be clearly traced. By tge time America was invaded by Britain ("settled," they called it), slavery was common place and was highly divided by skin colour and origin
*When the british rule was overthrown in America, slavery was still common place and ethnically organized, but now "the People" , the citizens (that was the term), were always referred to as the sovereign. People and citizens were synonymous colloquials, not separate classes. But slaves were not "people" and yes, these were black.
*The civil war had a complicated solution. There was never an end to racism. Let me repeat that
There has never ever ever been an end to racism. In what sone would consider is the strongest super power and among the most technologically advanced, racism was *never* abolished in positive law. Specifically: whites only are people. Non-whites are not people.
I'm not saying this is ok. I'm saying wake the fuck up this is your reality. Moving on ...
*The 13th amendment was the end of progressive positive law and the beginning of fucked up "law". It didn't draw the simple obvious solution. "Slaves are free and skin colour is irrelevant" - instead, it was a bizarre compromise ... "Blacks can leave but ... on what terms can they stay we don't know"
*Then the 14th amendment ...
People have no idea how completely screwed up this was. First of all, it was never properly ratified even though we just act like it was. Second of all it was a shit way of "fixing" the problem. "Blacks (negros) ... being a huge complicated mix of ancestry and having nothing to do with skin colour apparently despite the word black ... have a special little place that is still inferior to the people. They are ... persons"
At this point let me admit that the language is coarse and offensive in today's terminology. I dislike this despicable wording as much as anyone. But let me point out something else. Ignoring it doesn't make it go away. *This * is * the * nation's * laws. You ignore it, you only allow it to burrow and fester deeper.
*And rather than try to finally correct this in plain and simple terms ... Going back to the 13th amendment and saying that this whole division is garbage ... a new maneuver was made. ARTIFICIAL PERSONS. ens legis, sole proprieters, creatures of the law. A trust can be a person. A railroad can be a person. If you arrange it the right way: a glop of dirt at the bottom of your shoe can be a person.
Here began a new class of semantic deceit. "Residents" , "clients" , and "patients" ... over the decades mainstream media has brainwashed you to think these are noninvasive basic words when they are basically calling you "dirtbag , loser , idiot" in your face. In fact, legally, you are much better to be called "idiot" than person. Worst of all: "US citizen"
But let's not get into the weeds and go further.
Now in modern day what do you always hear? Things like "civil rights" , "affirmative action" ,
You are being conned by getting you to think in terms that sound more intellectual but in fact are shit labels that take old english (which positive law was written in) and making you speak a "babel" version. That's legalese.
You don't need to carry firearms, you can carry arms. You don't need to be a person. You can be a people. You can be a citizen, but a citizen of what? US? Do you see anywhere in the constitution that says "US"? Is it normal for a trial over someone facing capital punishment to be given abbreviations for their labels?

Some people think when I talk about this that I'm suggesting the "sovcit route" where you do weird fancy cultish things with your documents and you stay quiet and small. I'm not saying that at all.
Revolt, I don't care. Go find yourself some RPGs and shoot at airplanes spraying chemtrails in your street. Go whip up some molotov cocktails and find some windows of austere holtrenfrew outlets I don't know. I don't care. Or if you want to be a pacifist hiding in a grove, that's good too. Or if you go this route, learn the real system, do so.
But ... America, which like it or not is a major fulcrum of the world right now, needs to know how it actually works in the courts and how the social system was rigged
