The trick behind what Sarah Berube-Stetson is she uncovers the lineage of the land, leading up to herself. She puts it into a trust and "brings forward the patent" with the county recorder.

The biggest problem with the modern statanist system is that they haven't generally kept track of all their ridiculous liens and debts themselves. So when you can show the lineage of title passed down between men and women, and you publish it in the county recorder, and you invite someone to contest your claim: they cannot find someone. It's yours to enter into a private trust.

I have followed Sarah since this video, there serm to be no problems because they have nothing to contest it.

Don't get me wrong, a bit of muscle doesn't hurt. I'm sure they're quite armed, have warning signs, and would not be so welcoming to DC agents trying to "tall" to them at their door

Another thing you can do once you've established your land patent is you get a friend to sue you. Let's say they were told to get off your property and they argue that the land belongs to the public. This forces the judge to enter case law that you own the land, or else they need to make the case that it is public, which is clearly easily rebuttable.

If someone later tries to challenge you, this case becomes evidence in your favor

What does "own the land" mean? Let's say the judge confirms that you own the land. Does this mean that you don't have to follow state law anymore while you are on "your" land?

See, here's the truth: You don't own the land, even if the judge says so. They are simply lying to you.

Ownership means that you have the right to exclude non-owners from using your property.

With the state, you are not allowed to exclude the state. Which means that in reality, the state owns it. It doesn't matter what you believe in your head.

Here's where I typically have to reinforce the statement where this isn't a purist concept.

Do you actually actually absolutely "no takebacksies" own the land? Fuck who knows. Nobody knows.

Was there case law where a prosecutor decided to dismiss their case or the judge ruled in your favour (because they were sort of forced) - well that is something to stick with every agent that tries to molest your domicile.

And then you can hold UFO conventions, build helicopters, form militias , route your own ISPs . . . and live directly off the growth without a damn visit to the bank.

Now I'm curious if anyone here has a land title. There are some interesting things that could be done with that de facto ("fake") title.

I also wonder if anyone's been "squatting" which if you analyze your actual practice I think we could clarify what's actually happening there
