So the trick is to understand what inner circles call the "strawman", but avoid that word it isn't helpful in litigation. But first let's talk about registered mail and conditional acceptance. When people send you stupid crap you don't agree with, you can either put "return to sender, mail fraud" or you can send them back a conditional acceptance via registered mail. You also want to think causes of action for litigation. You also want to trademark your name

But you'll have to research that a little, I want to jump to these 4 categories.

In finance, you'll want to set up a foreign express trust account. Make sure it is in your *untrademarked* name.

In living, you'll want to send a registered letter to the landlord indicating that you *do not* reside there. You can say you domicile. Likely the landlord will think "ok whatever weirdo just pay rent"

In work you will want to fill an 8822-b form with HR (proper signature, I'll add to that later) and anyone who asks you can just say you have a law firm helping you with your taxes and you need to move it out of payroll.

With travel you will need to apply for a new passport and go to the DMV have them show evidence of physically cutting your driver's license, and end insurance. Instead of a driver's license you'll be getting a Department If Transportation number.

Ok let's get into a fairly easy piece of the puzzle. Registered mail.

You can order registered mail with USPS. There is one reason only why you do registered mail. To get the recipient's signature.

When someone signs for the package, their receiving it becomes undeniable.

In mail, you can typically give 21 days for rebuttal to your claim or else you assume they acquiesce. The rationale behind 21 days is because you ensure they've had one full week in the timeline (sunday midnight to sunday midnight). But if you want you can be generous and just say 30 days.

Try it with a friend just for fun. Send each other registered mail to see the process in action.

Hypothetical conversation

Statanist: "I'm sorry I don't recognize this paper"

Sovcit: "how do you not recognize it, it says private trust. Do you not know what a private trust is?"

Magistrate: «And Defendant may not proceed until he has attended a psychiatric-evaluation to determine his legal-competence! Bailiff, arrest that man!» [Magistrate immediately leaves court-room]

Anyways, the history of the words "sovereign" and "citizen" has several terms. But uf you look at de Vattel's Law of Nations which is tge precursor to the Articles if Confederation which is the Precursor to the Constitution which is the precursor to the Bill of Rights , you will see that the language is tge same across that entire historical archive. It talks about citizens being the Sovereign. Sovereignty is with the Citizen.

Now. Do you want to call yourself Sovereign Citizen in court documents and with the county recorder? No you don't. That won't help you. A State Citizen is more accurate even though that is, by law, the "Sovereign"
