You are obviously unable to protect your children against a violent state. Because you are alone. So you fall for the "magic trick" that promises that you can turn words into weapons. You want it to be easy, instead of doing what is necessary.

The harsh reality is: The predator doesn't care about your words. A "trust"? Sure. Now the children are safe. Because of words.

Words don't command "magic", they command people. But in order to get there, you have to use real world violence in order to "train" a person to react to the command without being aware. This is called "conditioning", because the violence brings another person into the condition of being receptive to commands.

The conditioning has to happen when the person – the ISBE – is in a vulnerable state. For example, when the ISBE is a child (or an animal) that lacks the knowledge of how the violence is affecting its psyche.

The frequency is not that important. You can use frequency as a form of violence to overcome defensive measures, but frequency alone doesn't manifest the conditioning.

If people use frequency as a synonym for magic, we see that you don't know what you're talking about.

I think what confuses people about the sovcit thing is to believe it's all purists. Like the belief that the law has some divine power of protection.

See I get the skepticism. I would agree that such a belief is frankly useless and "schizoaffective" level nuts.

I'm talking more about a tipping point, a fracture, a leveragable area. I don't like puristic altruism.

*Pacifists: sooner or later you have to defend yourself. Don't be a nitwit, thinking "do no harm" has ever really been practiced. Maybe you have it confised with some models of "try and do less harm"

*"Sovcit law purists" - the media makes it look like there's a bunch of these when that's kind of bs. There are indeed a few and they're losers too. To think stamping the top left corner of your bill with red ink and planting the corpus rosa cacatunga flag in the north and south equinox corners of your desk ... now for sure the police won't touch you. Stupid.

*Escapists (it sounds like a terrible word, it's really not) - trying to live in a basic van / RV, forage , grow gardens, whatever. Acoid the grid. They do exist and I like their stance. But know that asshole police will come for you. Sometimes a rifle is enough. Maybe they just think you're crazy enough and tucked away enough maybe it's not worth the fight

*Tax "protestors" or resistors. See these are often the "sovcits". They're refusing to pay. But if you read "income tax : shattering the myth" you will see that a bunch of ridiculous loopholes, at the end of the giant maze, the IRS itself admits you don't have to pay. Unfortunately most lawyers are too dumb to understand but you can leverage the facts. They will typically dismiss the charges and leave you alone. Not because the law is a supernatural shield, but because they play a game trying to protect their own egos and their law firm posterity. Making them look stupid in court is real power. In the end you can still be the crazy guy with a gun if you really want to.

*The crazy guy with a gun. This comes down to rioters and looters that are outright criminal. I'm not opposed to them. People seem to think that revolutions are built on british-accented victorian-style outfits shouting "viva la resistance" yo wake up it's nodern day. Any "revolution" is probably gonna come with smashed windows and flaming cars.

*Internet pirates: circumventing media in any way they can, getting independent of ISPs and just copying the shot out of everything.

There really is nothing pure to protect. It's a prison. A fucking prison. Get it? Bothing pure in a fucking prison. Throw shit at the bars, climb chairs to get over, put fires up in the mess hall.

You can ask every experienced lawyer or honest judge -they will all tell you the same:
Being right and getting your right are two completely different things.
If you can choose and afford the best lawyers and the huge upfront court costs needed for going through the instances then you might get your right if you are LUCKY enough.

If you have enough time, brain, good literature and energy/patience, you may defend yourselves, if you don't find a lawyer who is willing to ruin his career or to loose his license over the sovcit stuff.

In all cases you need luck and a lot of money. If you don't have that, sovcit is not relevant for real life.
It would be way more clever to avoid legal confrontation in the first place and use the braintime for something nice or more senseful.
Pay the fucking fine and move on. Educate yourselves about the common procedure and tell them what they want to hear. Put yourselves mentally into the position of that officer you need to deal with and be nice and make him liking and willing to help you. Make it as easy and fun for him as possible, give him a nice day and good feeling dealing with you. That will stand out positively in his common boring bureaucracy and often negatively confronted workday. And don't get caught in the first place... Stay below the radar.
Reality is often different from theory.
I have seen this several times: The cops came for noise and ended up joining us and having a beer with us. One time even in uniform and during their duty time... One of them volunteered as the driver!
