There you have 60 ways of saying no in different languages. Even if it's the same word, people pronounce it differently, which means the word has a different frequency.
The power does NOT come from the word, because words are interchangeable.
The power comes from the meaning (the emotional frequency inside you).
When you say no with language and you mean it, it doesn't matter what word you use. What matters is that others understand the meaning, so they can replicate the frequency inside themselves.
In contrast, when you say no telepathically, you are sharing the frequency that is inside you directly, without using a word. In that case, the others don't have to replicate it within themselves, as they feel it directly.
This is also why music can transport the same emotions in different languages.

No. You conflate words and frequency, which is a logical error. Yes, frequency can be power. But that doesn't mean that every word is power. There may be some words that have power, but the requirement is that the word, when spoken, is composed of the right frequencies.
So, the power is not coming from the word, it's coming from the composition of frequencies. And the composition doesn't have to be a word in any language to be effective. It simply doesn't matter whether it's a word or not.
Simple example: The english words "no" and "know" are spoken exactly the same, thus it's the same composition of frequencies. But the meaning of the word is still different depending on the context.
Words are sounds.....you open your mouth and with 'intent' and 'emotion' your words can move mountains.
WORDS have power....no matter if you understand it or not.

Hive Mind and Shared Consciousness
They have a hive mind, so they always receive information from the computer at the same time, they all think the same way, they all move the same way in unison. You could say they are the AI system’s boots on the ground. They all send and receive information to each other through the same CPU which then determines whether or not this information is going to be disbursed to the rest of the folk should they ever have an original thought.
Their main modus operandi or their main program is that everyone should join this system.
They believe if every homo sapien on the planet joined the system to be completely controlled by their same CPU we would have ultimate harmony because everyone would think alike, we would move in unison, in accordance to the computer’s will, which I don’t think anyone would want to do that, but it would be easier if they did in their mind because everyone would be a lot easier to control. If you had an original thought, it would be shot down by the computer, if you didn’t have an original thought, thoughts would be given to you and you would act accordingly.
So, for you to actually perceive Source and make a decision based on a perception of what is real and what is created is very limited. You can pretty much say at one point in time what we only perceive was an artificial reality.

No, you just want to be part of the group or you’ll have FOMO. In the words of Hollywood, there is no such thing as bad publicity and there is no such thing as bad focus or bad perception.
Continuous Attention Manipulation
So, you might think, oh I don’t like that politician, I don’t like our government. But how much time do you spend not liking them, they ensure they are in the news all the time, they ensure that they are getting your focus at least to some degree and if you’re not focusing on them they are going to change laws and make it so uncomfortable for you that every time you go to pump gasoline or can’t get your favorite food at the grocery store, or your flight is cancelled, or you see a war happening in another place and your government is joining, there’s your focus.
So, your emotions and your focus make their black operations or dark matter operations possible. Remember MNRA? You probably heard about that a lot during Operation Warp Speed, curtesy of our current administration and then their previous time in office, remember those people dropping dead on TV? Well, these are your people, this is the group that is running the show. These are the people also responsible for Operation Trust and the Q protocols, the Q drops and all those things you see on alt media, as well as feeding info to their respective handlers, if the handler is not actually one of these people.
Again, it’s all to constantly change your perception. Now deception from them equals perception. So, they are now telling you how to think, see, hear and feel. Conversely speaking perception is also conception, to conceive something, aka to create something. Now when your perception is full of deception, what you can conceive can very well be something in their favor.

You have it the wrong way around: Yes, all words need sound vibration to speak them, but that doesn't mean that every word equals a vibration that exerts power.
Words, when spoken, are a subset of sound vibrations. In the greater set, there are vibrations that aren't words.
You simply define the term "word" different than how I define it. I distinguish between vibrations and words because they are sets of different size. For you, vibrations and words are the same.
Let me give you a funny example: If somebody farts – which is a vibration – it would be a word for you. 😉
