I want to write this with respect, sadness, and honesty.
The recent death of a well-known figure in the UFO / consciousness field has affected me deeply. Not only because of the person himself, but because of what it reveals about something many people in this field may not want to face.
We speak often about higher beings, non-human intelligences, consciousness, contact, disclosure, spiritual evolution, remote viewing, timelines, protection, guidance, and cosmic missions.
But then a human being collapses under the weight of financial pressure, emotional pain, isolation, and mental suffering.
And suddenly a very painful truth appears:
No one is coming to save you.
Not the beings.
Not the higher civilizations.
Not the hidden allies.
Not the cosmic forces.
Not the disclosure community.
Not even the knowledge itself.
At the end of the day, you are alone inside your own body. You are alone inside your nervous system. You are alone inside the battlefield of your own mind. And you are the first person who must save yourself.
This is not meant as a hopeless statement. It is meant as a sober one.
If there are non-human intelligences interacting with humanity, then perhaps some are benevolent, some are neutral, and some are not. But even the benevolent ones do not seem to guarantee that the individual human being will be protected from suffering, poverty, mental attacks, depression, loneliness, or collapse.
A person may serve a larger mission, speak about disclosure, open doors for others, carry difficult information, inspire thousands, and still be left to fight his private war alone.
That should disturb us.
Because maybe we have romanticized “contact” too much. Maybe we have imagined that being close to higher knowledge means being personally protected. Maybe we have believed that if we serve the truth, the truth will automatically provide comfort, money, stability, health, and peace.
But reality does not always show that.
There is another possibility we must consider: that human beings are often treated not as sacred individuals, but as instruments, batteries, data points, emotional fuel, biological containers, or temporary tools inside much larger systems of consciousness.
We may be useful to forces that do not necessarily love us.
We may produce insight, energy, emotion, attention, devotion, fear, belief, or information — and those things may be harvested, redirected, or used. But the human person behind all of that may still be disposable.
This is the part that hurts.
Many people in this field also experience what feels like constant mental interference: waves of fear, despair, confusion, exhaustion, obsessive thoughts, inner pressure, emotional collapse, or invisible attacks on the will to continue. Whether one interprets these things psychologically, spiritually, energetically, or through the lens of consciousness warfare, the experience is real for many people.
And if that is true, then we need to stop pretending that knowledge alone is protection.
Remote viewing is not enough.
Contact is not enough.
Disclosure is not enough.
Spiritual language is not enough.
Knowing that non-human intelligences exist is not enough.
A human being still needs food, money, shelter, friendship, nervous system stability, emotional support, grounded community, and a reason to keep living tomorrow morning.
Maybe there are true friends in the unseen worlds. Maybe there are allies in consciousness. Maybe there are beings who care. I do not deny that possibility.
But I am beginning to fear that the only ally who is always physically present with you is yourself.
Your discipline.
Your body.
Your ability to ask for help.
Your refusal to be consumed.
Your boundaries.
Your grounding.
Your will to survive.
So maybe the first rule of this field should be:
Do not abandon your human life in the name of cosmic truth.
Pay your bills.
Protect your mind.
Care for your body.
Build real friendships.
Do not isolate yourself.
Do not give your energy blindly to any being, group, mission, leader, ideology, or invisible force.
Do not assume that because something is “higher,” it is automatically loving.
Do not assume that because you are useful, you are protected.
We must save ourselves — and we must help each other do the same.
The UFO and consciousness communities need more than information. We need care. We need responsibility. We need emotional honesty. We need to talk about the psychological cost of this path.
Because if the search for truth destroys the human being searching for it, then something has gone terribly wrong.
May every soul who suffered in silence find peace.
And may the rest of us learn the lesson before it is too late.
