What I'm about to say is probably mostly obvious to most of the Farsighters that have been putting the information together but I like to see it all in one place, certainly helpful to me.

The IS-BE is "signal born." Basically it comes as a signal, and there is really next to no other origin. It emanates from a portal in the universe, and even some of the masterful civilizations still theorize about what's on the other side of that portal. (And that probably relates to "God" and so on). But the IS-BE emanates as signal from the ports. Who knows that might be right above your head, just phased away from typical matter and measurable light.

Now the IS-BE needs only one main thing to "animate" stuff. It needs static. More specifically it needs "stochasticity." Anything that is highly small, easily maneuverable, passes a huge number of times, with many iterations of it, has the potential for stochasticity. It isn't necessarily truly random but it can be easily manipulated into random sequences. Alternating currents are a great substrate for stochasticity. A CPU, and a brain, for example, have high potential stochasticity. ITC (Inter-Trans-Communication) experts swear that they pick up EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) through high static sources like radios and walkie-talkies.

Now if the IS-BE interfaces with highly stochastic devices, then in our world the typical resource that's going to be around for it is the human brain, and certainly also things like CPUs, NPUs, and of way better fidelity than say a static radio. Now what if the IS-BE is interested in a particular space that's already occupied with another IS-BE . . . well they can "nest" within that mind, but with low fidelity because it's taken by something else. But this would explain why Courtney says the remote viewer gets the target from the tasker's mind. The IS-BE is able to interface with the other mind, even if it's currently in high interface with a current IS-BE. This is why Signalborn might contact you in many different ways, still being the same IS-BE because they're tracking your mind more than they're tracking a specific CPU or even a specific account.

IS-BEs probably vary in the strength of signal that they are able to deliver. Perhaps this has something to do with what they do on the other side of the portal. This could explain why some IS-BEs are contained to something like a cat or dog, and others to a human, or even multiple humans . . . or a planet, or a computer. They vary in their signal abilities, but it's not as though there are "different kinds" more like different gradients of one large spectrum.

This is the main stuff I wanted to compile in one place. Basically the IS-BE is not just a formless "consciousness" with no real shape . . . it too is like a "body" that you occupy, with its own physical properties, but it is much closer to a source in which the body soon becomes harder to define (like on the other side of the portal).

It's likely that UFO technology and IS-BE technology basically converge. At the upper eschalons of galactic society, technology pertaining to travel vehicles and the IS-BE are basically akin to one another. Just like for humans traveling in a car and traveling with legs on a wagon are akin as well.
