Interesting connection. I wouldn't immediately conclude that Bill is Baal. (Had a similar thought how Harvey the white rabbit could be the unnamed white rabbit from Alice in wonderland)

I think that the nuance being driven by the meaning of 'Occult' is really off here.
Firstly, I don't watch videos like these - Baal worship is really sick-puppy stuff.
'Occult' simply means 'hidden'. Sure, in the Vatican centric sectors of Humanity 'Occult' refers to the secret goings on of the vatican and that world-view.
But Christians & Muslims and any society run by the vatican ideologically is not the whole spectrum of Human Society.
There are other Humanistic sectors of Humanity like Buddhists, Judahists and Shinto's where the meaning of 'Occult' does not involve Baal worship at all. It's just more of a general term for 'Spiritual structure'.
I really don't think it is worth posting videos like this because they are really just food for sick-puppies and a path to bad mental-health.

The title of the section presented in this video is misleading, because he uses the term "occult" how the general public uses it. As far as I'm concerned, Baal is just one player on the dark side. But he seems to be the one who is using deception to create religions, so he can be worshipped. This obviously means that he would also play Satan for the satanists.
It doesn't matter how he is called: Baal, Zeus, Satan, JHWH, you name it. All these "gods" have one thing in common:
I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God.
He's just a narcissist.
It's just a name - my night time friends were just Bill and Bob and as simple as that. No over explanation required, human.

No, it's not just a name. We can assume that Bill the Grey has knowledge about the prison planet, the involved players, and true history that exceeds the knowledge of most humans. He is part of a society that can utilize remote viewing in a way most humans can't. This means: He should know about what the name Bill means to insiders of the occult world.
So, if he chose that name deliberately, it's not just coincidence. It's a statement.
Over-Assertion. Just because another being is an Extra-Terrestrial does not automatically make them all-knowing. And plenty of parents give names to their off-spring...

I see where you are coming from dear Manuel, and I can only express from my own experience with my two invisible childhood friends, whom I never saw, but I felt their presence when they came to me, they always made their entry under my bed. Now normally this under the bed thing would scare anyone, it didn't with me, as a very little girl in the dark. I thought about what you said, and realised that Bill is normally short for William and Bob is short for Robert. Could this be of help ?

He doesn't have to be all-knowing. He would just have to know that the name Bill will make insiders of occulted knowledge wonder whether chosing that name is a statement regarding Baal. Of course there's the possibility that he didn't know that, or that Courtney or somebody else assigned him the name and there's nothing more behind it.

Beings that violate your privacy at night are not your friends. Good beings would never hide under your bed, or trespass while you are sleeping.
Yes you are correct. Any being that violates a space of a child by using terror or fear it is never going to be a good situation. But beings that are required, wanted and waited upon create a different situation. Bill and Bob came via my telepathic request and both would settle under my bed, they both were much wanted and appreciated. They helped me to sleep. Children like me, who knew unsettled hard ways, would hide many things from grown ups, thus under the bed thing. Yes good beings do hide in places that one would not think to look.
