Well, Farsight trusts the ETs when accepting their "support" regarding remote viewing. Have you verified that whatever you saw with your enhanced remote viewing is actually the truth?

I will make this point until I get an answer: Connecting to the ETs while remote viewing opens a vector for a man-in-the-middle attack. It's not different than channeling.

Farsight has viewed so much targets that we can't verify. At least not yet. Not while we are prisoners.

So, the rational answer is: Don't trust the good ETs.

Until we get verification.

The carrier waves certainly create a dilemma. With normal remote viewing, using multiple viewers is usually enough to hone in on a target. But we really can't independently verify the veracity of carrier waves.

Let's investigate the multiple factions theory a bit further.

We know that Courtney appealed to the Domain and the Galactic Federation of Worlds:

Courtney emphasizes that the good ETs are stronger than the bad ETs, because they have more ships in the solar system. As far as I'm concerned, he is referring to the Domain. If I remember correctly, he already mentioned somewhere that the Domain owns the solar system.

But the Domain and the Federation aren't allies. In the Domain project, one of the questions was how strong both would be if they were allied, and the response was: If they were allies, nobody could stop them. But besides this possible benefit, both factions don't seem to like each other.

This implies that the Federation doesn't have a military foothold in the solar system, or if they did, the Domain still remains the superior power.

If you didn't notice: While the appeal to the Domain is still available, the appeal to the Federation has been taken down, even on YouTube, which could be a hidden message to tell us that the Federation rejected the appeal, or is unable to help humanity under current conditions.

There's also the possibility that the Federation and the Domain made an agreement. Everything seems to depend on the so-called "decision of humanity", implying that the Federation and the Domain compete against each other.

As far as I'm concerned, the Domain is an authoritarian society with a strict hierarchy. They aren't individualists. This matches the mindset of the Commander, who most likely is the representative of the Domain. Their authoritarian mindset could be the reason why the Federation doesn't like the Domain, and why the Domain leadership thinks that the Federation is "messy".

Interestingly, Courtney is presenting the "free will" and "messy consent" narrative of the Federation.

If you ask me, the Federation and the Domain did make an agreement. It's like a contest: The Domain agreed that the Federation "can have" humanity if the Federation manages to convince humanity to choose them.

From the viewpoint of the Domain, they agreed to this contest because they have a genuine interest in ending the prison planet to prevent the possible holocaust in the future, as well as not having to fight against the Old Empire and the Federation at the same time.

From the viewpoint of the Federation, they seem to have no choice. They also try to avoid any military conflict that can be avoided.

Courtney seems to be trapped between the "Security of the Tower" (Domain) and the "Freedom of the Void" (Federation).

Imagine being Courtney. You have all those ET friends you communicate with telepathically. You visit their ships, and they visit you.

And yet, all you can do is almost starve yourself to death because you must live at least 120 years or more. And your main job is uploading videos to YouTube.

It feels like a golden cage. You are a prisoner, even though everyone around you is free.

Would you love your boss, "the Architect"?

It seems that Courtney is somewhat of a tragic person. (Not in a bad sense, but more in a romantic sense, like a hero trapped in a golden cage.)

Should we trust them (the Good Ets, Domain, Federation)? No, but we should verify. At least they want us to verify them, what is a good sign.

Yes. Isn't it interesting that the Domain doesn't protect themselves from being remote viewed? Leo was able to get to the thoughts and intentions of the Commander. The leader that Aziz talked to seemed to be open and honest as well. This raises the question: Is this part of the deal?

Because, in the past, the Domain didn't shy away from psychic manipulation. When I probe the Domain, I get the following picture: All they want is "peace through order". If it's necessary to manipulate a population into a religion, so be it. The important thing is that the population is under control and won't fight against the Domain.

The Federation is different. It's not even one faction in the strict sense. They really are "messy". Not long ago, I posted this:

This is the "character" of the Federation, but extended to whole populations as well. What I mean: Within the Federation, a planet or species is treated like an individual. It's essentially like how the Federation is depicted in Star Trek. If a planet wants to leave the Federation, they are free to do so.

And this is interesting: The Domain fears this possibility, because it means to become weaker again.

The "character" of the Domain would be Lawful Neutral:

This is because the ultimate harmony of the world--and the whole universe--is considered by lawful neutral creatures to have its sole hope rest upon law and order. Without regimentation and strict definition, there would be no purpose in the cosmos. Therefore, whether a law is good or evil is of no import as long as it brings order and meaning."

And this is why they honor the agreement with the Federation:

"They are respectful to both their leaders and their peers. Subordinates will be treated as is due their station within society. Written contracts and verbal agreements will be honored by these characters. They will not break their word or a contract unless there is a legal way to do so."

This is also the reason why the Commander sees Courtney's rebellion as a "betrayal of the plan". Courtney's rights and feelings don't matter. For the Domain, only law and order matters.

"chaotic good" vs "lawful good" vs "lawful evil" might be a crude but good framing.

American jurisprudence dictates that rights are endowed by God , are ultimately unenumerated , and therefore cannot be given or taken via any empire or nation or exigency. They can only be criminally oppressed or better understood. If someone is obedient to the constitution then , but ignores prima facie statutes in favor of unenumerated rights, they are arguably "lawful neutral" because they're just trying to obey the law in their reception to its fullest. On the other hand someone could have never read much of any law and said "I don't care how it works , we have rights as we see fit" - and the two arrive at a similar conclusion via different philosophical portal.

This is probably part of "God's path" - how do all philosophies ultimately reach the same conclusion.

This all just felt like a waste of time. I feel so dirty now.

So basically can we stop now calling them the Good ET's or bad ET's and start engaging with them as regular folks with different agendas and political bias.. like everything else we've known?!

We have to be careful here. What you are doing is called "generalization", and the conclusions based on it are most likely not correct, because reality usually is much more complex. I'm guilty of generalization as well, it's a bad habit. But I'm using these debates to become aware of where my prejudices are and where my logic is based on laziness.

That said, it's totally possible that the Domain uses biological bodies as well, and the Federation may also use synthethic bodies. As far as I'm concerned, the Domain and the Federation don't differ that much when it comes to the usage of bodies. They only differ in how they are organized and how they allocate bodies.

It also seems it's much easier for the Domain to leave bodies behind, as if one person owns more than one body, based on status and context of the situation. For example, Airl, as described in the Alien Interview book, had at least two bodies available to her, because she was able to switch between them in no time. This could be due to the nature of her mission on Earth.

The Federation on the other hand seems to be different in that regard. It's more like: You own one body, and that body is valuable. Maybe it's because they can't produce synthethic bodies like the Domain can, or they have laws in place that regulate the ownership of bodies differently.

This is a valid point. It's totally possible that the Commander is part of the Federation's military. Starfleet, so to speak. Every military is based on a hierarchy, because it makes things more efficient. It's not a bad thing if that hierarchy is chosen voluntarily.

But here's the problem: If Courtney is a member of this military and the ET's are really adamant about free will, then leaving the military would be a valid choice. The Commander would know and accept that. And because of this, a voluntary military mission would include this possibility, especially when faced with memory loss. In other words: They wouldn't stake everything on one card.

But we are deep in speculative territory now. The reason for Courtney not wanting to obey the plan could be totally different from what we assume. There's also the possibility that the remote viewing data is incorrect.
