This is tweeked and amended essay on animals. No need to read all. Read the headlines only, they will give you good idea.
You can live a perfect life and still experience death trap. And the reason is due to lack of insight or knowledge. And karma is deep. I watched RV on Buddha, and it was clear by data that he went into the death trap. But, because he desolved karma in relation to 'self' identity, when his identity was shreded in death trap, the watcher, the Eye consciousness remained. The idea of identity was shreded in the death trap. That means, that disolving the karma of self or 'identity' is not the end of the story. There is still more karma after that, by the looks of it. What Buddha finished was 'forcefull reincarnation via death trap' created by Reptiles and Draco. He promises to return, but out of his volition, which is seems to be different. It was clear he was incarnated either as grey or another non human being the life after being Buddha.
Knowledge clears karma. Understanding karma, having insight into karma is KNOWLEDGE itself, is wisdom itself, and thus paradoxically, also clears your karma, and sometimes forever. So, the idea is not "now I am going to live 'a holy life' ". No, the idea of knowing and seeing karma is meant to liberate you and you then adjust your behaviour by default, out of knowing, out of transformation, out of change. Insight,if it is a genuine insight, changes you profoundly. Ethics are the result of understanding, of knowing, of having the insight. Not 'new year resolutions'.
Humanity and Animals
People in general consider animals as 'inferior species', in terms of their consciousness and mental capabilities. As a result of this perception and attitude, people believe they are 'allowed' to do all sorts of things with animals.
ANIMALS as FOOD
People feel free to 'domesticate them' for peoples own needs and purposes.
That means 'abducting' them from the wild natural environment, and putting them into a prison like structure under the humans' watchful eye, we call 'stables'. That is how they first decided to FARM them, for food. Now people do not have to slave away or farm food themselves. They have a stash.
ANIMALS AS MEANS OF CONTROL
They also domesticated them to be used for 'security purposes', as dogs, to keep a watchful eye on other animals, as well as human thiefs. So they abducted wolfs to become 'dogs', buffalos to become 'cows and oxes'. Same species, but one control another. Like Jews in holocaust camps employed as police to watch over other imprisoned Jews.
ANIMALS - AS SLAVE LABOUR
They abducted buffalos to become oxes, tamed horses, camels and other animals, as ENSLAVED HARD LABOUR, from transportation, to enslaved in wars, to working the fields, so men dont have to do it themselves, other, more inferor species, can slave for them.
ANIMALS- AS ECONOMY & SOCIAL STATUS
Animals are, trafficked and sold for all sorts of purposes, for millenias, and they were the pillar of global economy and a foundation of social class system. Selling and trading the animal live stock as well as the products made from animals is how human economy started to begin with.
If your live stock (note the word 'live stock' or in other words - 'the stash of lives') significantly increased, your animals were healthy, and procreated well (which was often the case if you treated them well) -you were a rich man overnight. Suddenly, the animals, their NUMBERS and their size became very important to humans.
To manipulate the numbers, variety of animal hybrids is important to this day.
If they get sick to be dangerous to humans, the whole factories are culled- which we in human language can also refer to as - depopulation.
Even the animal population in the wild habitat are subject to depopulation and number control. If one human government decide that 'numbers of grey squirrels are bad' and they are threatening the survival of 'red squirrels' then, they legalise the killing of grey squirrels in large numbers. (Legality is the only reference I found to so-called animal right to 'autonomy'. And that is a very recent human interjection).
Similar is the case with hedgehogs and other animals. Also, humans introduce large 'prey' animals to habitats that did not have them before. In this way, even the wildlife is not free from human control and interference.
ANIMALS AS SPORT, LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT
They also used them for sports for fun, horse races, entertainment. Hunting and killing animals as a inferior and more vulnerable species has been a 'sport' for millenias, and still is, here where I live in UK, and in fact soon I am moving to a town called 'Huntly' which means 'little hunt'. Moreover, my birthplace village was called 'Lovcenac', which in its literal translation means 'huntly'. And not only animals were hunted. Humans were usually also hunted, during the wars. Sometimes, animals were modified into agressive DNA, or trained to hunt other animals, or even vulnerable human specie, for ENTERTAINMENT, SPORT or SOCIAL presteige of humans.
Domestication was not enough, but they decided to use them and GENETICALLY manipulate their DNA make up in a lab, so they 'breed better, faster, are more resiliant to disease etc', in other words, give those domesticated animals a more 'superior DNA make up'. So, humans created HYBRIDS amongst animals (sounds familiar?). Animals that are now very different to other animals in the wild. In 2 respects:
-More capable (faster horses) for example, or more meat, more offspring etc.
-More dependant on HUMANS for basic SURVIVAL. Which is the case with most domesticated animals in battery farms. We, humans, even call them BATTERY FARMS (Sounds familiar?)
Another form of abduction and imprisonment for leisure and entertainment purposes is in creation of what we call a Zoo. Animals from the wild are lifted from their natural habitat, and trafficked to another planet, full of humans, with a different landscape and a harsh cold climate. They are being given food, within the fenced environment, in inprisoned conditions. And they are constantly being 'watched' by humans, in what we can refer to 'big brother' house establishment.
ANIMALS AS A SOCIAL PROJECT
Most pets cannot survive in the wild on their own. They are used, manipulated and genetically modified to be born, forcefully abducted from its mother, only to be used for the purpose of being 'LOOKED AFTER' by humans,
-as a baby sustitute, or
-as a friend substitute for humans, or
-a friend for baby humans. In other words, they are bred for humans with 'Special psychological and social NEEDS'. So, we create a trauma of separation for them, only to provide a dependancy, physical and emotional, by infantilising an animal specie, which was nothing like that in its wild form. In fact, animals in the wild can pose a 'SERIOUS DANGER' to humans. By domesticating them, manipulating their genetic make up, we are thus making sure, we can CONTROL AND UTILISE them for a human needs (sounds familiar?)
In addition, their many capabilities are recognised as useful, so they are used, manipulated and bred for policing, for crime as cadavar dogs, or even bred as nurses to help mentally deficient humans and babies.
ANIMALS and Science
Apart of genetic manipulation of animals mentioned above, animals are seen so inferior to humans, and so disposable, that they are used in labs for just experimentaton purposes. They are tortured to death, manipulated, altered as living beings, for human pusposes of creating cosmetic beauty products for example, or harmful medicine, or even bio engeneer viruses that are designed to kill humans.
ANIMALS - AS VANITY PROJECT:
FASHION AND SOCIAL PRESTIEGE
Athough skining animals was at first used for utilising the fur as defense from cold, soon animal skin found its way into fashion. Silence of the Lambs' film was just another very sophisticated hint:
"Just as the sicko guy is fattening a gal for the intended slaughter, so he can use her ample human skin as fabric for his new clothing range, in the same way skinning the animals had so many utilities for the humans for millenias. Further more: if taxidermy is not the creepiest thing ever that humans do, I do not know what is : Mummifying animal corpses for a show off, and house decoration purposes, is like being a creepy sicko on a whole new level.
ANIMALS - as RITUAL DEATH SACRIFICES
In other cases, humans used animals in ritual death sacrifices for millenias, to bring good fortune, and still do, all around the world. Asian mamas bring cooked chickens to temples as food offerings.
ANIMALS - in psychopathy
And finally, animals are also used by sick sadistic humans, the sick people, who torture them, sexually abuse them and kill them, just because they can and have desires to do so.
