In the latest Spotlight about the Disclosure Day movie, Courtney said this:

"Neuroplasticity refers to the brain's ability to reorganize and rewire its neural connections, enabling it to adapt and function in ways that differ from its prior state. This process can occur in response to learning new skills, experiencing environmental changes, recovering from injuries, or adapting to sensory or cognitive deficits."

As far as I'm concerned, neuroplasticity is the natural ability of the brain to adapt to changes of the ISBE that's owning the brain. Every ISBE would want to be able to rewire its brain if necessary, or the body would render useless over time.

Given that neuroplasticity usually is an evolutionary advantage and therefore shouldn't vanish on its own, any prison that is running on consciousness loops must suppress neuroplasticity artificially.
