For example, here in Germany, we have multiple instances of courts, just like in most countries, but we are only allowed to represent ourselves in the first instance. After that, we must have a lawyer representing us. If you come to court without a lawyer, they will treat you as if you're not there.

Around a decade or so ago, I read a comment about someone who mentioned that they wanted to ask about the Gold-Fringed Flag at the front of the room, whether it was an Admiralty Flag or not. It's fascinating, because you actually seem to believe this nonsense.

If you go into the courtroom, you are not a sovereign anymore. Why? Because entering the courtroom means that you accept the judge – and the system behind the judge – as authority.

It doesn't matter in the slightest what happens after you accepted the judge. Even if you manage to get the judge arrested, the system behind it doesn't care. Because all you do is still based on the belief in authority.

The system is okay with a judge, president, or whatever official being arrested, as long as the people replace that official without changing their underlying belief in authority.

And you can't talk yourself out of it.

If you stop to accept the judge as an authority, the next step is violence, because the authority will always try to force you into obedience. This is the truth that most people don't want to hear. They want to avoid the violence, and therefore cling to the hope that you can somehow talk you way out of it.

There will be violence. Because authority is inherently evil.

You don't seem to know much about Legalese nor how the Legalese system operates. Merely entering into a physical «court-room» does not automatically make one accept a black-robed mortal as being a «legitimate-authority» because there are «rules» that they are required to follow, one of which is to have a properly filed and bonded Oath of Office, and, although his YT-Channel and his existence has apparently be pushed and phased out of existence from this time-line, one of the FreeMan «black» guys literally showed all of his documents as to how he went about submitting his Demand for Oath of Office to 50 «judges» in his state (forgot which state; may have been Kentucky or Louisiana or otherwise), and, the fact that he received the required document(s) from only three (3) of them...

Losing sovereignty has nothing to do with legalese. The words written on paper don't matter. Your decisions and actions matter.

This is correct. Merely entering a room doesn't change rights, because rights cannot be changed. This means that by nature, you remain a sovereign. That's why Mark Passio says in the video above that everybody is a sovereign and can never not be. But if you enter the courtroom in order to accept the rule of the judge, and act accordingly, it's your action that matters, as the judge will also act accordingly.

There is no legitimate authority. Every man-made law is fraud, because man can't make law.

Being unable to recite the law verbatim is not the problem. The actual problem is the ignorance of the people.

Most people dwell in ignorance and therefore get police and military that reflects this ignorance back to them. They mandate government to do the work and know the stuff the people should be doing and knowing themselves. Most people ignore the requirements for real justice. They fear the responsibility. Because they fear having to deal with violence.

This is the entire reason the belief in authority runs on. It's fear of violence. People want to get rid of violence from their own lives by mandating government to be responsible instead. But this creates a power on the side of government that can and will be utilized by evil. This happens every time.

The spiritual lesson behind it is this: You cannot abdicate responsibility to the government that you are supposed to bear yourself. If you do so, your own government will turn against you. Your own ignorance will be reflected back to you.

Until you learn to accept your responsibility.
