Humans have this blatant blind-spot of only being able to «see» over the course of ONE «generation» as IF though there had NEVER been prior-generations.

Suppose a man raped a woman, then dies, then is re-incarnated as a woman (or even again as a man) where the «memory slate» has been «wiped clean» for the next life-cycle.

Does that «new» woman (or man) «deserve» to get raped?
For that particular life-time of no complicity to it the answer is obviously NO.

However, what if it becomes known that the woman (or man) was a rapist before, from a previous-life incarnation, would he (or she) «deserve» to get «raped» for past-complicity?

How about if YOU were «tasked» with MAXIMISING the «suffering» of a «rapist» and you had «god-like powers» to be ABLE to do so; what would be a «fair sentencing» ?

P.S.: The «after-life» is FULL of «rapist» who are EAGERLY WAITING and «drooling» over being able to «dine upon» and «rape the rapists» once their ISBEs exit the flesh.

Here is another question: What if a man or woman «hired» their government-forces to go and «invade Russia/Ukraine/Japan/China/Iran/Iraq/Afghanistan/etc./etc.» and the «invasion» happened to involved PLENTY of «raping of all the women whilst killing off all the men» would that man or woman who «hired» that sort of genocide be deemed to be «deserving of rape» or is it PERFECTLY FINE for them to have «gotten off "scott-free"» for their not just complicity but literal DIRECT-SUPPORT of of the «raping» of thousands or possibly even millions of women?

Let me put it this way: Imagine you have children, and they do something stupid. Your approach is to hit them as a punishment. You hit them every time they make a mistake, explaining to them that it's their fault, but not explaining how to avoid the mistake in the future. No, it's even worse: Your children lose their memories, so they can never learn to become better. But it doesn't occur to you that this creates a vicious cycle. You go on hitting them, making everything worse.

Two wrongs don't make a right. The law of karma is an archon concept that they use to keep us here in cycles. To me the new person who did that stuff in a previous life but can't remember could totally turn things around in a new life if they were given a chance to do it right. Who knows what the person went thru in their childhood that made them think it was ok to do such a thing to anyone in the first place. Many of these children in the death cults are told they do this (rape) to them because they love them. That is what they tell them. These children are damaged from birth by their parents who are in these satanic cults and it's disgusting, but they think it's love.
So in my view, the karmic past life thing is bullshit because the new person isn't going to know what they did in a previous life, and hasn't been asked if they are sorry for their actions and wish to apologize to the person, not that it makes it better or erases it, but if a person has realized what they did was wrong...and ask for forgiveness from their victim, then perhaps they wouldn't need to experience it. I agree with you that this way of karma is like a chain that never ends.
So 'two wrongs don't make it right'. This is why revenge is wrong and that this doesn't break the chain.

Who would "need" to experience rape? Who decides that an ISBE "needs" it?

Let's imagine you have a daughter who never experienced rape. One day she comes to you and asks what rape is. She decides to have the experience. Now think about it: How would that play out?

In my understanding, there is the possibility of creating those experiences through a "soul contract", even including memory loss to make the experience believable. But that would have to happen in a controlled environment, so it only occurs once, and, most importantly: The perpetrator wouldn't be to blame, because there's a contract. The experience would be resolved after it was made.

And this raises an important question: Who punished the first perpetrator if there was a contract?

Only evil would do that, in order to create a never-ending vicious cycle.

Honestly I hate the word "elite." There's nothing elite about them. More specifically they are artificially privileged while inferior to so many even in their IS-BE form. Like a stunted mind.

Is that they mostly understand reincarnation. They may know few of the details, but it's been to some degree proven to them. I feel like that's part of the onboarding.

And once they have this idea of reincarnation, death becomes less terrifying and life is permitted to become viewed as less sacred. They understand that this planet is a prison of some kind. And the beings (human or otherwise) that they toy with are part of the "have-nots" group while they are the "haves." There is probably a marker of some kind artificially attached to the IS-BE that could probably be shook off if the IS-BE had time to study it. Like a signal that recognizes their signature and verifies if they're a have or have-not. Anyways, they then assume that whomever is a have-not is probably there because of some crime they committed in a former life. It sort of builds enough of an ethos for them to feel logical about the situation. They just don't take the time to audit the idea to see if this is really true. The same setup of pretty much all sanctioned religions on earth.

So these victims that they rape and kill and eat and torture, and who the hell knows what else, I'm pretty sure I have an idea.

They assume that those victims probably did stuff like that at some point and they're just getting what they deserve.

Like I've said in other threads, I'm actually not all that opposed to the concept of a prison planet. But these ones don't seem to bother with a time-stamp. There simply is no getting out. That's unacceptable and it's pretty plain and simple the whole thing just needs to come crashing down, whatever that has to look like.

You are describing a hypothetical situation in which the perpetrators of bad stuff, like raping and enslaving, don't get punished, and therefore will be seen by future generations as an example that's worthy of copying.

This means that you believe that future generations will do the exact same bad stuff if the perpetrators are not punished with the same violence they do to others. Which means you believe that fear of the punishment is the only thing that prevents the bad stuff, and this means that you believe that people are inherently evil.
