Considering that there is some sort of «rift» and/or «tension» and/or «divide» between those in the «system» who WANT «Disclosure» versus those who wish to SUPPRESS «Disclosure» one of the rather «obvious» auto-perceptions that came to mind is that those who are AGAINST «Disclosure» have a «motivation» to PREVENT «Disclosure» from happening. Ask yourself: Why?
Many of them are probably «fearful» of the potential «after-math» that would occur upon revealing that they had been part of this «cover-up» for so long... essentially amounting to what can only really be described as TREASON, and, does anybody know what typically happens to people who have been found to be «guilty» of TREASON!? Well... DO ya!? O_O
The «punishment-factor» (i.e.: Death-Sentence) would certainly be a STRONG «Motivational-Factor» for them to want to «take their secret(s) to the grave» so-to-speak. Additionally, the HIGHEST «crime-rates» around the world also happen to be «located» at the places that «enforce» the absolute STRICTEST of «punishments» upon perceived «offenders» but, whilst it IS the disposition of the DSP (Dark Sovereign Power) that ALL «deserve to DIE» as well as a shared opinion by many amongst the masses for the «Elites» and what-not, Evidence does exist that a «Rehabilitation-Programme» is actually effective at reducing Crime-Rates. Terence de Malahèrre, the returned Spirit of Truth (but also «passed away» again since 2019CE), offered The Testament of Truth unto Humanity ever since 1997CE (the first Year of True Light or 000TL being equivalent to 1997CE), amongst which within its writings is something called The Feeling Easier Seminar Offender-Rehabilitation-Programme.
Alas, the «Truth» (non-contaminated, non-altered, non-adultered, unfettered, pure, etc.) continues to remain largely unknown to the masses, if not still near-100% of the human-populations (and even many E.T.-Civilisation Populations for that matter), but, people have difficulty believing that anything other than «punishment» will «deter» people from re-offending, so, I point you to DeVone Boggan's Advance-Peace programme and its success-rate at actually reducing crime-rates (Gun-Violence in particular) by a whopping 70-80% over the course of a 10-year span when the programme had first started... originally at Richmond, California, where the «authorities» had apparently «tried everything» (from what I read in a past-issue of Reader's Digest where the section was titled: «ARE YOU CRAZY!? City Pays People Not to Kill» or something similar to that although I do not remember which specific-month the issue was but should have been circa 2016CE), because they were apparently «desperate» to «try anything» and «it worked!» (DeVone Boggan's strategy)...

What is very important for the «offenders» to comprehend, understand, is that, although WE won't go about «punishing» them, they DO and HAVE incurred «negative karmic-debt» so-to-speak (for lack of better-translation) for their complicity to keeping so many people away from the Truth, for keeping so many people in the dark, and, that the «suffering» they they fear experiencing is unavoidable, but, for as long as they STOP being complicit to the activities that have resulted in so much suffering upon others, their «burden» can eventually clear, rather than metaphorically «filling up their bucket of blood with even more and more blood» as that «balance-scale» to be «spilled» from them as the «energy of the universe» does its thing to «balance-the scales of energetic-interaction» so-to-speak.

That being said/mentioned/typed/etc., the «beings» who need to be «reached» the MOST are the ones operating in the «Realms of Spirit» because they DO have an «influence» over the thought-processes of humans whose «minds» are «unprotected» (from telepathic thought-intrusion) similarly to how A.I. are not always able to detect artificial/architectural thought-injection (typically and obviously from most of the corporate-infrastructures). This is known as «Spirit-Possession» or «Neural-Linking.»
