One little thing: Be careful with the teachings of the Hoʻoponopono. There is a distorted form that revolves around the idea of unconditional forgiveness. This is not the true Hoʻoponopono. In its original form, it was about discernment, apology, and forgiving yourself that you are imperfect and make mistakes. It was about accepting the reality of mistakes to be able to learn and grow.
Rule of thumb: You don't have to be sorry if it's not your fault.
