Yeahhh . . . I wouldn't quite shut out the possibility that they're sometimes (or often) killed off pretty quick. Did you see the mini-hotels that pack dense population in a bedsize room? Their media system doesn't exactly invite a close inspection and free disclosure. He sure loves to use vague superlatives. I wouldn't call America any much better solution in its current state though. It's more sloppy but I don't think they have the same pervasive media control.
