@Aéius Cercle:
What you call "bi-focal awareness" doesn't make it better, because when you wake up, you're heavily influenced by the oppression mechanism of this "prison". The better way is to be totally aware. This is also true for dreams. If your dream is not lucid and you don't have the control over what is happening, you are not aware, which means someone else could control it.
In order to get to an adequate answer about the beginning of the universe, you first need to understand what came before.
Here's a short summary based on what I've learned so far:
1. Everything in existence is created by God.
2. God created the first ISBE after his "image". The result was two separated Gods with no distinct purpose. This was the birth of the concept of the individual. God A recognized God B as a being that is not A, and vice versa. Because they are separate beings now, there needs to be dimension between them. The result is what we call space.
3. A and B were the first dyad (twin pair). In recognizing each other and the possible space between them, they also recognized that nothing changed. So A had the idea to do different things than B, and vice versa. The result was two realms of different possibility. The first two timelines, so to speak – and with them, the initiation of change (time).
4. In recognizing that A and B can do different things now, both recognized that they were still alone.
Note: When Farsight remote viewed God, they saw a lonely God that went crazy. They didn't recognize that there were two different Gods, because the tasker wasn't aware of this possibility. The target was made under the assumption that there could be only one individualized God, which is not possible. My theory is that Farsight saw both, but the viewers weren't able to distinguish them. In the beginning of time, both went crazy.
5. Both Gods started to create new ISBEs after their image. This led to further fragmentation of the initial two realms, because each new ISBE got its own realm. Think of it like cell division: each cell is equal to the other ones.
6. The entirety of the fragmented ISBE realms is what I call the "mental realm". It's literally mental, because each ISBE is a god inside its own realm. There is no difference between dream and reality. What you think becomes a reality – but only within your own realm, as the ISBEs are separated from each other. They can interact, but they can't hurt each other.
Note: This is why Aéius calls it the "pure" realm. There is no violence, no violation of rights.
7. The interaction between the realms led to the idea that two or more ISBEs could share one realm as equals. This was the invention of the first physical universe. Physical means that form now is bound to laws that every ISBE has to obey while inside the universe. The purpose of the laws is to ensure that no ISBE can change the universe against the will of the others.
Note: This is why people like Aéius think that the physical universe is hell.
8. The sharing of one realm as equals led to the idea that a new ISBE could be created under the laws of an existing universe, instead of creating a new ISBE realm. This was the invention of children. The idea was that two ISBEs will create a new one, and in doing so, bind the consciousness of the new ISBE to the universe it's born into.
9. Some ISBEs had the idea that children are the property of their parents, because they created them. This was the beginning of the violation of rights. The invention of slavery. The ISBEs separated into two opposite camps of morality – the ones who believe that they can own ISBEs, and the ones who believe that owning ISBEs is wrong.
10. The ones who believe that they can own ISBEs invented the "game" of conquering universes with brute force. This game is the actual reason why some universes turn into hell.
The main problem:
Child consciousness that is bound to a physical universe can't escape, because it doesn't know how.
