Usually our dreams answer questions you have during the day.
If you have a problem, ask for a solution in your dreams. You will dream the answer usually in symbols or like represented images of those things.
Some dreams are ESP dreams, those are very clear and very real. Had a few of those in my life.
It's the As above, so below.
The guy who invented the sewing machine had the hole of the needle at the top of the needle, but it wasn't working so then he had a dream, he was with natives and they had spears with a hole at the end of the needle right at the tip. When he woke up he realized he had the hole at the wrong end of the needle.
The rest is history.
