Executive orders are for the executive branch, it can't be set as law or 'rules/mandates' for the people, this is only for the federal workers/gooberment in the Executive branch.
Obama tried to do legislating from executive orders...it's ridiculous, What ever their meaning or purpose, it will not be implemented or is just something they intend to initiate or start that would otherwise flag the attention of those who see it as a dictator....as if executive orders have anything to do with us, it does not, it's not law. It's bureaucracy and corporate policy.

Yes, Kennedy was gonna out it all....he was gonna talk about ETs, dismantle the CIA and out the secret societies that rule this world and their operatives.
But....Kennedy also pissed off the Mafia, and supposedly they funded his campaign which is something they should of never alllowed for people to have to get their own campaign funds, it should be every candidate gets the same amount of funds and then the rest is up to the people to vote for the one they want, but it's all been hijacked, I don't think the faction that is in the white house are going to be successful with their agenda, I don't think they care about the people, they've all but told us to our faces, we don't matter anymore.
