I recently watched with him and the students the reincarnation cycle. When I got to the facility we were observing I made holes in it so ISBE's could escape. I guided a few out. It is possible. So if one person dies we can guide that specific person back to earth if they so desire. Even know we're they'll be born. And probably the ISBE will remember everything. If it doesn't, it can learn past life regression therapy.
Good for you, I would love to do that course with Alobar, but it's very expensive. $333 a month for a year. I couldn't afford that unless I won the lottery.
