I strongly believe that when it comes to mentalics, this is not a side topic. Now beyond that, I don't want to cling to any one opinion.

I think a true understanding of this principle probably does lead to abilities like levitation, mind reading, precognition, etc.

A couple of presumptions that I'm making but not insisting as they could prove wrong.

*Clean signal: the question mainly is: how do you form a clean signal?

*Separate living. I don't think that constant living together is the answer. However I do think that societies with heavily cloistered living were still capable of achieving these very clean channels

*IS-BE relation. There is indeed a sort of IS-BE compatibility between people. They have probably sensed one another across multiple lifetimes

*"Casual swinging" is not the answer. But something more like a knowledge of self and others that does not require an imprisoning permanent commitment.

*Institutional bonds are also not the answer. If there are deep bonds, they are probably something that cycles in and out, ebbs and flows, rather than something like a lego stasis.

*Whatever creates children (pairs a new IS-BE with a new biological body) is only an example of this ability, not its defining centre. Whatever is happening between the two IS-BEs is a sort of fusion that is not just biological.
