This is a good one, but be aware that RT is also propaganda. Some articles are truthful and expanding the view, but there are also pieces which seem just absurdly spun against the west. And I never read a single critical word against Putin there...

Regarding Vladimir Putin and his «dictatorial-regime» where «any criticism of Putin gets you killed...» I have actually seen/witnessed on an actual Russian-Television News-Programme where the speakers were invited and some of them were very openly critical of Vladimir Putin (and they're still alive).

...compare that with CNN-coverage where someone starts trying to speak anything critical of the administration and all of a sudden they seem to just «conveniently» lose their satellite-feeds or are suddenly «having technical-difficulties» where you just go off-air immediately.

Nor have I seen anything that's equivalent to the «Clinton Body Count» as it's called.

Alas, over my last decade of observing on-line content be curated, shadow-banned, manipulated, de-monetised, de-platformed, deleted, scrubbed, astro-turfed, propagandised, algorithmically amplified, removed, narrative-controlled, etc.; I can state for a fact that 100s of Putin-Videos have disappeared; this is a fact because absolutely NONE of the funny Putin-Videos that used to exist show up in the search-results, certainly not that one where there was some European-Journalist who tried to make Putin look like a bad guy for not encouraging nor permitting the «trans» stuff in Russia (where many Western-Millenneials apparently don't even know what gender they are) and he responded that they have some very good surgeons in Russia who'd be glad to help that journalist remove his testicles.

I am not saying any critics against Putin gets you killed. -But just writing online against the war and the army can get you 3 years in prison. There is also a reason why Pavel Durov had to leave Russia... I am reading RT every day and I have also Russian (& Ukrainian) friends. People from the former red block are somehow more aware of and have a different approach towards handling propaganda. They are kind of used to it, as they had to switch their behavior (family vs public/work-life) to stay out of trouble. (Everybody was watching Western TV (where possible), but it was forbidden, so the children had to learn not to talk about it ... They also had agitation and propaganda as official subjects in school and the youth organizations). RT is officially state propaganda. One must keep oneself aware of that, when using it as one of the main everyday information sources. Otherwise one might get lazy and fall into some brainwashing/opinion spin traps.
