Just some quick notes on what Courtney is talking about in his last speech.
There's 4 triggers to a breach.
1: Top-down controlled. Usually controlled opposition. The bad guy in a "good guy" suit. It's harmful to mass disclosure, however it does provide a litmus test that answers the progress of civilization. If they are desperately throwing more and more controlled opposition our way, it means that they are left picking from the last options. If it's UFOs, anti-government propaganda, as a way to sell a particular agenda . . . it at least tells you that the public is now tired of a centralized authoritarian. So be it.
2: Bottom-up Anomaly: Not really a planned event from authority, and not exactly planned from the masses. Something that just happens out of the blue and gains traction. A disgruntled employee who's just had enough and happens to be in the catalyst point to trigger other followers. An accident that gets people to think not only of picking up the pieces but about the bigger political landscape.
3: Outward-in invervetion: UFO sightings, crop circles, messages. Some of these may inadvertantly belong in category 1. But some of them might not be controlled. They might be genuine messages.
4: Bottom-up progress: Just technology doing its thing. People coming together, not necessarily with the direct intention of overthrowing an authoritarian, but just trying to make use of the new advantages meeting supply and demand that the authoritarian simply cannot control.

This speech was very helpful to me. I can now see those 4 arcs clearly, and when I think of "what's our strategy" it fits pretty neatly into those 4. Even including making use of the controlled narrative.
