I'm thinking about formulating a target for practicing and ran into this question:
How do remote viewers perceive colors?
For example, if you're supposed to remote view a situation that took place at night, colors shouldn't be visible as there is no light to make the colors visible. But is that really the case? Can remote viewers perceive colors when there is no light?
This questions seems to be important regarding the nature of color. For example, when Aziz looks at a subject inside a NSS, describing its clothing as having a blue hue to it, would that also be blue in the daylight of our yellow sun?
How do we formulate targets where the color is important? For example, if we want to know wether the so-called Blue Avians are actually blue, how would we recognize that in remote viewing?
Since you're not using your physical eyes to see when RVing it's most likely an information download. In that case it's only limited by your ability to perceive in your mind's eye. This is why meditation should precede RV ing
