In Atlantis: The true story (starting at 0:24), Dick Allgire perceives a huge structure (like a city) beneath the atlantic ocean. This made me think of the hollow earth theory. I think this would make a good target.

Thanks for the input. However it may be, I would still like to see a project investigating what Dick Allgire perceived in the Atlantis episode. A huge city sized structure with advanced technology existing in PRESENT TIME underneath the atlantic ocean.
