within general relativity is possible, but in order to travel beyond the speed of light, you need exotic matter and a lot of it.

So here is a task for the remote viewers team of Farsight.

Here is the description for the target:

1. Remote viewer should find planet in our solar system where such exotic matter can be discovered
2. Remote viewer should find any human or alien activity near this exotic matter
3. Remote viewer should describe exactly the location of such place
4. Remote viewer should look into the past 10 000 years ago in human history if the place where exotic energy can be found was used and who exactly used it.
5. Remote viewer should look into the future 100 years ahead of our time and see what will happen to the place if humanity discover the place and start manipulate the exotic matter.

Somewhat ironic postulate, from a linguistic point of view.

"Exotic" means originating from outside of the "local system".

Hal Puthoff noted that, if you rearrange Maxwell's equations, light speed becomes dependent on local magnetic flux.

I'm a bit dubious about Maxwell's equations myself. They seem a little loose and rounded in places. Compared to Green Functions from which they originated.

I think we have to work out how to get ourselves and cargo materials to low Earth Orbit and back. Using electricity rather than rocket fuel.

If we can do that, the rest is doable, and yes, might well require exotic materials not obtainable on Earth.
