While much of the public and media attention surrounding the 2004 Nimitz UFO encounter has been focused on Commander David Fravor's close encounter with a "Tic Tac"-shaped object, there are other aspects of the sightings that warrant deeper investigation and discussion. One particularly intriguing behavior observed in the days leading up to the Fravor incident was the repeated, rapid descents of several of these unidentified objects from high altitudes down to sea level. Here is a summary of what was observed:
Over several days prior to Nov 14th, radar operators tracked 50-60 instances of groups of 5-10 objects descending from 28,000 feet down to altitudes around 50 feet above the ocean surface.
On the morning of Nov 14th, all the objects being tracked descended from 28,000 feet down to 50 feet essentially simultaneously.
This mass descent was tracked on radar and shown to occur in 0.78 seconds, which is a descent rate of over 24,000 mph, without producing any sonic boom.
After descending to very low altitudes near the ocean, at least one object continued its descent into the water itself, tracked by sonar operators moving at around 500 knots underwater.
The objects could perform these extreme up-and-down altitude changes repeatedly, rapidly dropping tens of thousands of feet in less than a second, then hovering or moving erratically at low altitudes.
The sailors described this ability to transcend altitude so rapidly and extremly, sometimes into the ocean, as unlike anything they had ever observed before. It represented a clear defiance of aerodynamics and inertia according to the navy personnel. This bizarre behavior of plunging from high to low altitudes nearly instantaneously was one of the first major anomalies witnessed repeatedly in the days leading up to the Tic Tac intercept.
You can learn more about the sailors who witnessed all this behavior in the Nimitz Encounters documentary here:
It seems the world of ufology and the mainstream, including the hearing where Grusch, Fravor, and Graves testified, all are happy to discuss Fraver flying with a single tic tac ufo, but ignores the multi day activities that involved other tic tac ufos flying repeatedly from high altitude to the ocean. What were they doing? They had to have a purpose. This is a great RV target. (#1)
In addition, I think they could target the tic tac that Fravor flew with. Who was controlling it? Another great target. (#2)
(#3) I am highly suspicious of the commander of the ship that Fravor launched from. They were seeing these tic tacs for days leading up to it and they "spontaneously" decided in the middle of Fravor's training flight to redirect him to intercept one? I doubt it. Maybe farsight could remote view the person or beings who made the decision to send Fravor to that tic tac to see what was going on there.
There ya go.
That various navy radar personnel have said that some spooks came and took the data, and told them to never speak about it and sign the NDA... So, that data is somewhere! And the navy knows....
Again, for full disclosure, if there's nothing out there, lets have these radar data!
