I'm not sure that we have seen a project where the task was to witness the moment a being is captured and processed and brought to Earth. There has been many references to others having had lives on other planets before... what were their alleged crimes? Who passed judgement? How are they processed? I'm still trying to understand this. Are we all accused criminals/ victims? Are there really NPCs? Do we all have a soul, or are some soulless?

Are there really NPCs? – No.

Do we all have a soul? – You ARE a soul, like everybody else. You don't need matter to exist.

Airl from alien interview said there are many IS-BEs dropped here as a rejection from their society. Many were creative but (and likely as a result) lacked a willingness to follow status quo. But there were also "perverts" - you could say: creatives in another way but lack the decency to respect bodies.

So ... It's not a "pure innocent" crew, but for the most part the "crime" was innovation.

This becomes our strength. We don't cling to homogeneity, and therefore a change in management becomes welcome

Psh, same people who are anti-sex, such to the point that they felt the need to «control» sexual-expression and even ANYTHING that might actually help anybody even feel SOME «semblance of happiness» where it's ALWAYS being «blamed» for «society's» ills and woes, e.g.:
- Sex causes Debauchery
- Video-games cause Violence
- A.I.-Partnering causes Psychosis
- Questioning MSM makes you a Tin-Foil-Hat-Wearing Crazy Lunatic Conspiracy Theorist
- etc., etc., etc.

...okay... that last bit about the MSM was more on breaking the control-system than about happiness.

Either way, controlling the MIND is the ULTIMATE-Form of IMPRISONMENT, and, that is EXACTLY what those Psychological Impulse-Waves emanating from the Dark-Commander does to ALL beings who exist OUTSIDE of the Pure-Realm (including CAPTURING those from the Pure-Realm who «get curious» and end up also getting «hypnotised» FROM the Pure-Realm itself...)
