Project request: June 22, 2020 Lop Nur event

I’m suggesting a project that investigates the reported seismic “explosion” signal dated June 22, 2020 near Lop Nur/Lop Nor, which resurfaced in public discussion in February 2026.

The goal would be to
Assess the most likely cause of the 6/22/2020 event and, if relevant, the motivating reasons and decision dynamics behind any associated activity.

Reason
When media makes claims about these capabilities citizen questions often fall on deaf ears. The focus is more about grounding hysteria about Chinese capabilities not about providing an intelligence report.

Note
This is not anti-china framing. The focus is on institutional incentives and decision-making structures. There are many good people in China as there are in Iran quite possibly as there are all around the universe.
