Has anyone here had much experience with these?

If so, how was it? Recommended?

I'm looking to get a few things out of them as I go through (I started last week, but am going slowly and repetitively).

I'm after - a) OOBE, b) Lucid Dreams, c) Remote Viewing.

I know that the GE tapes specifically deal with them, and there's the LD series which I'll also try (possibly soon... or tonight :p)

I've read that CB recommends some of the GE tapes - which ones (are they just the more obvious by the titles?? Or others as well?)

Also, an important question - where I am is quite noisy due to traffic - even at 1am (not to mention the neighbours above me!!) I'm using noise cancelling headphones over standard earphones (and I can still hear outside noise!) How impactful is that likely to be? (It's not regularly shocking, but occasionally there's something that really jars)

Hi Shiningbrow - on this page there is stuff on the GATEWAY REPORT and later also on the Monroe institute. When you get more info and if you really get into this stuff could you report back on this post as to what your experience is ? And also on costs and effectiveness of the process ? I would be very interested for your take on it. If it is very positive I will likely start getting more into it my self . Much appreciated !

When you get to the CIA document you see a page that is extremely dense. The only way to hear or read it is to go to the 3 little dots on on your computer (its in the upper right hand corner of my computer) - click on that and then in extra tools (open up that tab) and you (on my computer) can find the read aloud button - click that with the cursor on the CIA document and you can begin the computer reading aloud to you - the CIA document.

If you see the GATEWAY post of the WF (Why Files) click there too because that's the interesting story of the Military Guy and the Monroe Institute story !! And that one is a far better way to get more into the subject.

With LD i did Bashar practice wich is basically the same as shamanic pratice, wich is based on about a month working on the belief system before bed, meaning you meditate preferencially, in my case, with binaural sounds in theta wave form wich is between alpha (more awake) and zeta (sleep state), wich is where we practice being awake and "dreaming". Binaural beats is very powerfull (a good quality), another thing if you can and want to is to do a little bit of yoga or even fascial maneuvers, this will help bring in alignment your energy centers that in turn brings more coherence and the energy moves freely.
In the first week or two the meditation is about changing the belief system that this physical reality is different from the dream state reality, because the conscious mind will always try to bring separation between the two.
However the more you put the intention into the mediation the more you get to manifest that state, later you'll be able to when you start to fall a sleep you don't, you continue the meditation but laying in your bed, what you want is lower your frequency to where you are almost a sleep but still conscious, that gap.
Usually everyone that i know including me start to see the first part wich what we call the static, wich is the matrix, like seeing the mechanism behind physical reality.
Anyways i'm saying binaural beats because not only is more induced in the brain but because those noise cancellations not always are real noise cancellations.

So I love this post! Its got real promise.
Ok so my experience so far with the free trial sounds and meditation was ok or good. I was open minded. I finished feeling sort of zoned out but in a good way. Nothing profound but it wetted my appetite for more !

I'm a scardy cat when it comes to this astral projection stuff so I wonder if this post line could start being a sort of check in place to announce what each person is doing or proposing to do ?

Sort of a Club/Group/ call in center -- open to ideas ? If its not what your looking for at all Shiningbrow then I will create one myself but I didn't want to steal an idea when you've created a post line yourself. Please let me know ! I would love to set up a post line regarding supporting those interested in this line of thinking and experience !

Shiningbrow do you intend to take this post off to a -support group- kind of post line ? There are some dangers, costs taking the courses doing this stuff ourselves however it does interest me. But I definitely do not want to crowd your style here. Please let me know when you get some time ! Thanks !

I've got the CIA report (probably the one released by the MI), but haven't read it.

I'm instead currently going through Monroe's books... 1 & 2 (especially) contradict FS and others on here and elsewhere - Monroe is very nicey-nicey.

I forgot to correct and say I copied that text and THEN put it on a word page. Once on a word page I went to the READ ALOUD in tools. Then it could read it for me. The language was so dense that the Read Page tool really helped then.

there seems to be potential for danger in this process>>> It seems to be something one should have a friend in the room that is knowledgeable if astral-projection is tried.

I wonder if the Monroe institute could be asked about that - as we might be paying for their courses - eventually ?

Do you have any opionions on this ?

Here is a link to a free hemi-sync recording by the Monroe Institute. I have found that it is effective in beginning to try things like lucid dreaming or astral problem solving etc.

Thanks for posting this - I ended up doing this meditation yesterday - and I found it really good.

Just remember you must use head phones because the process involves two slightly different tones-- The two different tones are critical to hear/follow for the process to work

I just wanted to say though, that I broke my earbuds a couple of weeks ago and couldn't use them - but, I was able to discern very clearly the differences in the tones and the waves - and that wave continued throughout the meditation (except at the beginning when there was a single tone, not the double tone).

Im looking at getting a new headset in the next week.
I hope it will be better then too.

I Read the CIA document on the Gateway Process. Going though it line by line with a highlighter makes you realize what an astounding paper it is.

Some fascinating highlights

The brain wants to match the frequency it hears- so then the two frequencies producing a beat frequency which the Monroe Gateway process discovered.

The human heart when calmed down causes the brain to duplicate the pressure waves caused by the two pressure waves created as the heart pumps. This 7 beats per seconds duplicates the Earths beat of appox 7 beats per second. It is also about the same beat frequency used by the Gateway process.

With the brain and Earth both vibrating at the same rate this sets up a resonance and the consciousness of the human becomes entrained. Brain and Earth become one as it were.

Being entrained allows the consciousness of the human to come out of the human body as it is already twined with earth.

This beat is about 40,000 miles from one wave height to another allowing for it to travel through almost anything. Perfect for telepathic communication with similarly entrained people – you-me – who ever.

The Universe says Mconnell is a Holographic projection. A holograph is created by interacting a moving energy with a stationary energy. Such is the Universe itself. “The Absolute” (god -source- Easter bunny – Creator -what ever ) is the absolutely still energy source that sits inert. The universe (or the holograph) and everything else is moving.

The point being the human mind is also a hologram of the Universe itself. The shape of it mimics the universe and resonates with it.

The right brain is possible to be entrained with the Universe – it is the left computer brain that limits our access and must be curtailed at least for a while- hence mediation and Gateway tapes to listen to. The left brain is being put to sleep while the Right brain is going out to play.

Time and space are not what we thing they are.
The Absolute (God -Creator) is conscious energy in Infinity. It is every where literally – beside you – inside of you – everywhere but you cannot detect it because it is completely inert.

AS our brain wave rises and falls there is an upper and lower point where it enters infinity – for the briefest of times. It is referred to as clicking out. If this frequency can be sped up then the clicking out becomes almost continual. It is then that “you” establish your connection between the Absolute and Space time.

YOU HAVE THEN MOVED PAST SPACE TIME! I BELIEVE THEN YOU CAN MOVE BACKWARD OR FORWARD IN TIME.

Your consciousness is timeless like the “Absolute”
Our consciousness will and can merge with the Absolute but will stay unique and intact

There are many levels in the Gateway Process to pass though and there are fundamental symbols that perhaps go back millions of years. These symbols such as the wand- referred to as the energy bar tool are symbolic mental tools that can be created in the mind -which the mind recognizes. With these symbolic tools the mind (your mind) can exert its consciousness in powerful ways to heal – remote view and communicate with others.

The whole system created by the “Absolute” is done so because the Absolute must stay inert. But then the consciousness of the Absolute must be projected outwards as a Hologram universe and then the Absolute perceives it. The hologram universe is a mirror image of the Absolute.

And now we hear all the time-- "Oh it appears the Universe is a Hologram ! " WE ARE ALL LIVING IN A HOLIGRAM ! Elon Musk tried to look profound as he mimicked that pronouncement. That's been a threory since the 70's and I believe a scientist got a noble prize advancing that theory. So all the scientists we hear touting that are NOT coming up with anything profound - its been a theory for decades already.

All of this can be sped up by engaging in the Gateway process. Where previously the process would and could take a life time to master -now it can be achieved in weeks, months or years.

Little clues to look for. We see Dick Algire and others with head phones on as they remote view. There is probably some frequency thing being used there.

I wrote this to interest you in the CIA paper itself. If you go though it with a highlighter you start to realize ----"Now this is a really astounding paper ! "

Just in reading yours, my first thought is - where's the scientific evidence to back up even a couple of those claims??

Without any science to substantiate this (with actual data and experiments and readings - not merely someone's ideas (even if they do have a PhD in Physics), it is - by definition - pseudo-science. Lots of scientific sounding ideas, without anything to back it up.

You make good points. The problem with this is "We" or certainly I don't have the knowledge to be able to know if any of this stuff is "proven" or true even with everything that is going on with Farsight. It could be theoretically true that everything we hear about remote viewing is all some kind of Psyop ! And we are all being duped.

So If someone says they have a Phd or seem to be someone that I assume has one - then I sort of find 3-4 people all like that and when they all are saying the same thing - then I it adds weight to it being true.

For instance "everyone" says Einstein's theory of Relativity is correct E=mc 2 . I haven't a clue what so ever if it is, and if you posted all the mathematical proof that it was I couldn't make head nor tail of any of it ! And Im pretty sure only the most clever Phds in Physics/ science types could either.

That's true about Archeology - writing about history - dating of some fossil and so on. If the paper says " SCIENTISTS SAY FOSSIL OF SKULL IS ONE MILLION YEARS OLD !" And its said 2 or 3 times - well I have to say "Oh I guess that's true then !"

Even the stuff I post about "this and that" not being true is when another scientist type (with again 3-4 scientist friends) say -- "hey thats NOT true and here's why its not true !" Then the only way I can say well -- I think believe these new guys are on to something and likely its not true or seems to be fudged- is I have to look at the character of the "scientist type" who talking- that's all I have.

Your point about PhDs and scientific agreement.... one word - Covid! (sorry, was that too low a blow?? :p)

I've been in academia for a few decades, on 3 different sides... I have realised that having a PhD doesn't really mean as much as most people seem to think. And one aspect of that is many chase a PhD in order to verify their own ideas and beliefs.

And, another part of that issue is - there's HUGE vested interests involved in the publishing of research, and 'peer-reviewed' is still considered important (even though there's been ample evidence of just how bad it has been in recent years... and not so recent).

Wow - remote viewing is a psyop... that's not bad! It'd be somewhat hilarious if it is! :p

But this is a bit off-topic. Our main point is - why should anyone simply take Monroe - or any other "channelled information" - at face value?

And, even if we have personal experience, that doesn't mean our interpretations are correct. (especially with something as nebulous as this).

However, some aspects of it certainly are/do seem to be true - such as the personal, subjective experiences one gets.

One theory doin' the rounds concerns the nature of space-time itself, all constructed from consciousness like a virtual reality headset. These are all games which we are playing. Each is a consensus reality as we are in vibrational agreement with other players to create the game. There is intense competition among different games to attract new players and keep existing ones.

Once one realises this one can change one's game by vibrating at a different frequency or, in mundane terms, turning one's mind and heart to something else. There have been a couple of instances in my life where I've done this and got immediate results - most notably at school where I woke up one day and decided not to be bullied any more. Didn't have to lift a finger or say a word, the world just seemed to change around me.

From what I've come across regarding the agreements of quantum physics and spirituality, this sounds about right. So it's all true - take your pick.
